    I am going to Makro today for puff pastry. Going to try your corned beef and baked beans one first.
    How about a cornish pasty. What could we replace the turnip with?. You got some great recipes coming out at the moment. I will have to put a few extra holes in my belt. Thanks Rik.

      Hey roger - my belt is on the last latch mate - I tell you the best thing is one of those Big long white radish. Daikon Radish. Cubed up you cannot tell much of a difference its a bit milder in taste but for us here its a great substitute. Makro have them - Koreans use it in Kimchi. Best, Rik
