I’m glad Goldie is naming names of those that sexually harassed and abused her - how horrible that she and many other women (and men) have had to go through those experiences 😢

pretty sure she named specific people’s names. How much more specific do you want? And yea of course men have too, and that’s awful and should also be called out, but again right now we’re talking about a woman’s story so I only referred to women. No one should be victimized like this - there, does that cover enough for you?

I read her autobiography Lotus Flower almost twenty years ago. She has done a lot of mental and spiritual work in her life time to find her own peace, so her clarity and calm in this storytelling is not really surprising to me. Big fan of Goldie Hawn, and the fact that she became her own producer, worked for herself, answered to no one, that is how she made it on her own, in her own way, no casting couch with some greasy man that controls what you want and will use you. I say way to go Goldie, you made it big and you did it with ethics and integrity. Also raised two wonderful children, and made a great decision when choosing Kurt to be the one man to trust. And the rest is history.

Hearing Goldie's sexual assault story at the hands of Little Abner creator Al Capp was appalling to say the least. Thank God for MeToo. Women should not have to go through that.

Hey, cool - uploading larger chunks of the episodes - I like that trend, especially here with Goldie - but I also like it in general

My best takeaway from our beautiful Goldie Gift is to laugh big! I am getting it❣️ it’s a beautiful thing just flow with it! My mom married a PR. Only Lucy and Ricky back then. Mom looked like Goldie and I think she lost herself in that but it was fun.

Goldie's Dance Instructor was a well-known Porksmith by the name of Phil McRevice. He's a legend!

That was one of the most riveting, terrifying stories I have heard. I’m glad she shared it though. You hear things like this happen but itnhits different when you learn how it happens. This breaks my heart.
