Let me say one thing. Mark and his beautiful black queen Dr. Tasha is a blessing to our country of South Africa. If you realize he says “We” referring himself, his wife, South Africans and to SA.
Mark Edward Blanton. Man lots of AA's are visiting or relocating to SA lately and I must say Mark and Dr Latasha have a part to do with it. Shout out to TRSA, may they continue to grow and shout out to you Zoe for making this interview possible, much love bro.
I've been watching Mark and his wife travels to Mzanzi since they first arrived a few years ago. It's very interesting to me to see the wave of our community 🖤 finding out about the Beauty of South Africa from the time when I first arrived in 1990. Definitely Deserving Recognition for those who find South Africa as Home. And Still We Rise Together as a Black community 🖤 finding our commonality as a people. I've been blessed to witness the changes and development in South Africa and it's enlightening to see brothers such as yourself and Mark and many others passing on the baton to showcase that South Africa is Alive with Great possibilities for all. Keep doing your thing International Zo 👑🙌🏾 Continued Blessings 🙏
@@davidwebb2816 , Dave the other day, you shared some interesting developments in your personal capacity , off course with the creator’s grace. I must say you are another fellow I would like to have meatier discussion(an iron sharpens another iron).

I know I say this often Blackman, but you give great interviews and allow your guests to fully articulate their thoughts. You also ask good follow up questions. Peace!
Brother just speaking 5 languages fluently boggles my mind, that in itself is amazing. Being an African American man from America, just lets me know how much culture and civilization we have been deprived of and kept away from. But we are resilient survivors and given enough time and assistance we'll catch up.
@@JohnThomas-li2vi actually I've thought about that before, the worst of it all is that ya'll speak English and have no African language....that's insane🤯🤯 It's good that now you want to know, see and experience your roots, you're willingness is enough...you'll be good bro✌🏾✌🏾
Handsome interview, man. It is just lovely to see brothers come home and be happy and have a good time. Every black person should feel at home here coz this Africa is our home. Great interview
Real South Africa brought me here, welcome home brother. When Mark says "we" it always put a smile on my face. His love for his people shines through all his interviews.
Actually SA is about twice the size of Texas in area and also twice the size in population, so it’s two times bigger both area and population, with a similar population density
Mark's misconception about South Africa as he was preparing his secret service duty to South Africa in 2010: " I had the common misconception that there was nothing here, that there was going to be a bunch of dirt, I am not going to be able to eat the food, there's going to be a bunch of poor black people who don't have anything and I gotta sit there and look at them". Wow, such thoughts - despite going to a country that was hosting the Soccer World Cup - the biggest sporting event in the world!! Amazing!
We don't need information about South Africa. We know how to get information if we need it. We know that Whites still control 90% of South Africa's wealth and land. We know that many Blacks are still living in shantytowns.
Amazing! Thank you brothers because I've watched The Real South Africa's videos for awhile now, as well as yours Zo! Thank you for this excellent collaboration!
I just love the Blantons and appreciate what they're doing for our country. When we were growing up in apartheid SA, never have we ever thought we would have such interactions with African Americans, black Americans as we used to call you guys. Now things have changed and it's so exciting that you are visit our country.
I love it i was there last year and that's all I talk and think about lol I will return this year and will buy a home I was all over but sandton is my home....but load shading be like😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
excellent questions on the interview. the sights, infrastructure and the financial aspect of 15 to 1 makes this very appealing to look into. thank you Zoe for doing this
Bra Zoe, came across this interview on TRSA and it really got me hooked onto the rest of your content. Interesting. Unfortunately, there'll always be that one negative comment from a deluded individual, thankfully it gets treated with the contempt it deserves by majority viewers.
People always preach about the possibilities of Blacks going to Africa, yet no one can name one Black American who went to Africa and became a millionaire. Africans are fleeing Africa in search of possibilities. You guys are talking about the comforts and shopping in South Africa but those are White businesses and White establishments. It's no different than going to London. Black Americans have a median net worth of $1700 and Blacks in the Caribbean are doing worse, so why would South Africans want poor people to come to their country? That brother was in the military like myself, plus he did secret service, which ensures he will be a federal pension. He could also be get veteran disability. Veterans need to be upfront about their finances if it is the source of their income to live abroad. Look at all the youtubers in Gambia. Many are veterans. We get a tax free pension, that could range from 1500 to 3500 a month. We could live anywhere in Africa, Asia, Caribbean or South America with that alone. People talk about the countless opportunities but every African American goes to Africa and trying to do business in tourism, targeting other African Americans.
