Great video, Mateo and Lars: The reason that the biscuits exploded is because, Lars is a biscuit Ninja who snuck up on the biscuits while you weren't looking, and he gave them a swipe with his claws to help you to open them. Ninja training for Lars has really paid off, his stealth skills are fantastic.😅🤣-Happy trails.

I freaked out when Lars escaped! I lived with 3 black cats in a Jeep CJ7 for a month or so and my cat escaped in Las Vegas New Mexico (nice hot springs there). He was gone for a few hours and I was devastated. We found him hiding in a water closet. You two are so sweet, stay safe!

Love the adventurer in you, but please consider telling folks your plans to hike long trails or take 5-hr woodsy walks, etc. just to be safe and while out with Lars. This way someone would know your intended location in case you sustain an injury or encounter wild animals or if severe weather occurs, whatever. It helps so folks would look for you and/or possibly send an alert to you as well. 😊
Just found your channel and catching up - you are definitely an adventurous soul! Hiking poles are so helpful when going downhill in not the best conditions, haha! Really glad you turned around though.

I'm an over the road truck driver, I got stuck in the storm over Christmas and you popped up and I've been binge watching you since. I finally made it to my delivery in Washington and then came to Portland,Oregon to pick up, load canceled so here I sit new years.

I get the biggest kick out of seeing your reactions to your own food. You always look like you just asked yourself "how did I just do that?" as if you knew it was going to be good but got surprised at how exceptionally good it actually was. I am so happy that Lars only had a quick burst of energy that led him back to the van and you. I truly wished you had perfect weather everyday, you have a wonderful way of keeping yourself encouraged though. This was a joy to watch, thank you so much for sharing you day.
