That’s part of the cheats, they get the hit but then teleport somewhere they can’t be saved, that’s why every Jockey attempt on noskill was why he laughed he kept denying them taking him away.
Ya it works with jockeys and chargers u just need to get grabbed by them and they teleport you out of the map to die

Gonna be honest I was messing with the "z_debugs" in game and found out that the hunter and the jockey have a weird head hit box when crouching yall try to go to cheats and try to practice aim skills it's not as good as others but might be helpful for new players in the game
