[4K 60PFS Remaster] I (try to) remake the 10th doctor opening

Now that I know how to get rid of the pixel soup that UA-cam provide when uploading my videos, I can now re-upload this with more modern standards so you can better see how bad this animation was made.
This is only a some tweaks that improve the size and frame rate of the video, animation and models are not affected!
