Whenever anyone thinks of trekking, the beautiful majestic Himalayan Mountains comes to mind. Everyone once in their lifetime wants to go explore these mountains and they do so by trekking. Because of garbage, the natural environment gets affected which in tell sometime affect the trek trail. Trekking has both positive and negative effects on the Trek Trail in Himalayas. On one hand, trekking brings economic benefits to the local communities, as it is a significant source of income for many people in the region. On the other hand, trekking also provides an opportunity for people from around the world to experience the natural beauty of the Himalayas and to learn about the culture and traditions of the local communities. However, the increasing number of trekkers has also had a negative impact on the Trek Trail in Himalayas. The high volume of foot traffic on the trail has caused significant erosion, leading to widening and deepening of the trail. This, in turn, can lead to destabilization of the slopes, and the risk of landslides and rockfalls can increase. Additionally, the construction of accommodations, restaurants, and other facilities to cater to trekkers has resulted in deforestation and habitat loss, which can negatively affect local wildlife and biodiversity.
