Love this man......so true......I studied acupuncture in Hong Kong....worked in a hospital in Nanning, China..I remember an old fisherman who had a treatment every so often .....He was old, but very strong......I said to my teacher that I wanted to be like him.........I am now old but strong and I found a Chinese doctor for acupuncture ........must be Chinese as their culture is so different and what I saw cured in China was so amazing to a western eye.........Parkinsons...a man came in to the hospital shaking.....wind in the organs or meridians.......expel ;wind .......shaking stopped....man went home.......the philosophy of China is so deep and so precious..............and I remember the doctors, so beautiful, such artists, turning back a cuff to take the pulse............clothes left on!!!...........I love Shi Heng Yi and his greatness in continuing the Chinese way.........and that is not simply the Buddhist way......

I am 15 years old and i had an existential crisis going on for months. Listening to shi heng yi gave me a reason to live fearlessly. He channeled all the realisation (negative) into faith (positive).

Many blessing and opportunities lies ahead of you. Don’t stop. Keep pushing and move forward. Never lose yourself and stay focused on you. You are already ahead in life for your age and on the right path listening to this. ♥️ I study and practice as a Buddhist Nun as well. Shi Heng Yi and Mulligan Brothers have changed my life too and I’m going to be 43 years old soon. What I can tell you, each phase of life there will be crisis. It’s on you, how will you handle it. Practice Shaolin or any martial arts when possible. Shi Heng Yi has many videos you can follow along for free until you’re old enough to travel to Europe to train. Fitness have saved me throughout my life from many darkness and crisis. I hope this help a little bit. You’re not alone my child. Stay focus. You will meet Shi Heng Yi. God bless you. ♥️♥️♥️

I can listen to every video lesson after lesson the spirit provides grand teachings through such one's he has taught me discipline of one's self just by listening... the path of rite is My goal then the path of self preservation for more awareness.
We all have the intellect given to us in our DNA by Creator to live free off any negative emotion and state.
The power is within us.
Just be aware in the moment feel the present no matter what is, focus on breath few times and just that can set your internal process of self healing.
Most illnesses and problems are brought on by our own thinking processes that are reflection of outside negativity through other people and words even alone.
Focus on when you were happiest in your life think of that moment and how you felt really fell it as it is now.
Than start growing that feeling and remove all self sabotaging thoughts and external negative energy in any form.
Realize you have the power!
