I was already so in love with Mama Hill after watching her on a Science of Happiness episode, and now I have fallen completely. In the episode, she had a perfect happiness rating, and I was delightfully surprised when she mentioned watching cartoons every morning; it endeared her to my heart. I am overjoyed to see more of her beautiful story. She is who I have always wanted to be when I grow up. I remember being little and telling my mother I wanted to have 100 children. After hearing that Mama has 3,000 kids, my desire for 100 seems meager. Thank you for sharing her story, it so exemplifies what I love about Soul Pancake!
Question: How can we help Mama Hill?
It's clear that she's disabled, plus she doesn't have any money, but yet she could impact the lives of so many young people. It just goes to show that love really is the most important thing, truly a great example for us all.

She is an idol. She is a role model. She is the good in this generation of twerking and making other people happy with what you look like instead of appreciating yourself. Mama Hill is like a teddy bear that I want to hug forever and we should all try to appreciate life like her. She just made my day. She pretty much made everybody's day. I love Mama Hill. She is a golden idol and we should strive to be like her. Love you Mama Hill!!!!!

I love things like this! Some people are so cynical and don't believe in how much this makes a difference, but it really does. A church near my school used to offer free meals during lunch-time for nearly 200 kids every week. I would sometimes be hungry for lunch.. I'm not Christian, but the loving and accepting atmosphere was amazing. All the people who volunteered there were so kind. Thank you so much, everyone who donated their time! I looked forward to coming to lunch every Wednesday.

I love her greeting: "I take hugs!" We should all be so wise. When you take a hug, you can be giving one on the sly which doubles the positive hug energy radiating into the world.

Thank you for showing us something positive. I feel inspired and refreshed. This reminds me things my mother taught me about showing everyone love and respect.
