This would fit too well if someone made a fake anime intro for the game but modeled it after Cutie Honey Flash aka the Cutie Honey that got animated by the future Sailor Moon animators of the version DiC used for their dub.
The tracks in KOF games are some of the best. This sounding like a late 80s/early 90s anime theme makes it. I wish they'd bring this back with the same feel/beat (I know they did in SSBU but I mean in the next KOF, for example).
These are not just arranges, these are also songs made for Neo Geo CD and they were present in their respective Neo Geo CD games from 1994 and onward. The Neo Geo CD boot menu even had a music player. The quality was just amazing and ahead of its time, just think this song is almost 28 years old.
sure, all these tracks were playing during game 🤟 unfortunately due to the frequent load screen you never heard one single track to the end 🤷♂️ but tracks on neo geo cd were playable on any cd player, so I used to listen them while not playing 😌
