I never really thought of Chizuru that much until I heard her theme. That's when I suddenly remembered, her hobby is motorcycle racing! Her theme song actually fits despite her appearance believe it or not.
Kinda makes sense though, what she wears is basically a modernized Priestess' garb. Other than motorcycles and being one of the holder of the sacred treasure, she is also the head of a huge company. Pretty much she's a badass in fighting and in life in general

I was borrowing a Neo Geo Cd from a friend on a Saturday night. and I and another friend took the KOF 96 launch and played all night: we got beaten up and took a long time to get to the first boss: When I saw Chizuru it was passion at first sight. at that time a Female Boss was impossible to think of a fighting game and this soundtrack, the atmosphere in the stadium, and the difficulty. I shudder just to remember! the chizuru was so striking that in the store where I used to go, girls started to play KOF because of her.

No he doesn't, and he's right.. Yes there are a lot good tracks in many games today, however the stuff back in the day is truly magic, which is why its still so listened to today, and we see a lot of the comments we do about it. When Street Fighter V came out, I remember being excited to hear some of the tracks Capcom would dish out, as I've always loved music from their fighters. I hoped it would be better than IV, as I only liked I think 2 tracks on IV.. Sadly, none of the music stood out to me on V, I don't even remember any of it... This was really disappointing to me for a Capcom fighter, and Street Fighter especially. One of the reasons as to why it is like that, is because back in the day- the art-side of the industry was paid more attention to, there was so much time and love put into the characters, and with SNK in particular, one of the designers stated that they treated their characters like real people which is freakin awesome. Today because gaming is bigger than the music and movie industry, there is more business involved, the art-side kind of got pushed back (a little), and things are more rushed because of money- and in Japan consoles just aren't as popular as they once were. I also think some don't care too much, to make the music so great, as a lot of fighters today tend to be made more for the streamers, and especially the tournaments, nobody is paying attention to the music much. Back in the day you'd hear a character's sick track in the arcade as loud as they were at times (or louder), and it would make you stop. I still remember how much I got into Lee's theme from Art of Fighting, when I played it in an arcade. You'd definitely feel some stuff hearing a character's theme, which also showed off their personalities more, making that character even more interesting (especially if you liked them). Again, yeah I still enjoy a lot of the music from composers of today- but the stuff back in the day, and especially in that particular special era with the fighting games, is beyond gold lol.
