i literally gasped when you lit up the mountain wall feature! you sir, are not a true woodworking wizard! this is an amazing build, every detail is really thought out! bravo!!
Looks good, storage is at a premium so I would have put a drawer for the pots and pans since it is likely going to be a dark hole close to the floor. Switch panel looks cool but a head bumper in a small van - minor issues, easily adjusted. Nice job ❤
Beautiful build ! Not a lot of content out there for medium vans like this. Love to see how it was done. In the middle of one myself and have often wondered how to go about covering the trunking around back doors, especially in relation to material used and also being able to access back lights if needing replaced etc ?
Thanks Leezeraloe3821! We actually filmed the entire conversion so should have a full build video up in the next few weeks if it's useful? It is a tricky area, fortunately the light cover is removed externally on these vans but on others I've installed a removeable hatch to gain access
I love seeing all these micro campervans, it's amazing to see all the things people fit inside such a small space. I hope you don't mind me asking, but what are the dimensions of the kitchen unit? I'd love to do an eNV200 camper conversion one day, just need a better idea of what space there is for everything.
No not at all, it's 124cm wide, 40cm deep and 71cm tall, not quite sure how we ended up with numbers as random as that, must have been to fit everything in! 😅
Hey, this isn't the exact company I bought from as they seem to no longer supply it but it's the same one :) www.vanconversionshop.co.uk/nissan-nv200-fasp-seat-swivel-base-2009-2021-693-p.asp
Seems like you really went for the belt & braces approach regarding boxing in and screwing down the lithium battery and charger. Was this a safety precaution or recommendation? Just got one myself but not installed yet. Would appreciate your advice. Thanks.
Hi! Yes, the battery needs to be fixed in place, either with a battery box or retaining strap and I like to self contain it as if something were to fall on top of the battery it could potentially arch out across the terminals
Thanks for your reply. Did you put the charger in there as well and does the housing need ventilated? Just about to sort my Fogstar battery and electrics housing myself before having it all connected by the Auto spark. Tia.
The charger and all other components are installed outside of the battery box and an open slot is made to allow the cabling to be fed through. Factory built boxes normally have several entry points and a few vents. Just make sure there's enough room for cabling, we were super tight on space but I would've loved a wee bit more space to make life easier 😅
Hey Eddie, it was actually a t4 swivel base, they don't seem to have dedicated nv200 bases here in the UK but if you do a quick Google, you should find the ones we installed
I don’t understand what the three pin socket in the front is for. Can someone explain please? There are two sockets to charge the car and the other three pin socket. Is this a 230v outlet from the cars batterie? How did you connect it?
Hi, so that 3 pin socket is connected to the leisure battery, it's there for two reasons, the main one being that if the main traction battery that drives the van, runs out of charge, a charging cable with a 3 pin head can be used to top up the traction battery via the leisure battery. It would give about 3-4 miles of range max but may be just enough to reach a charge point. The other reason is just to have a socket available outside for cooking outdoors on the induction hob 😊
Thanks Fabinhobittner, that's the same one we have, there's some great stuff out there if you did fancy giving it a try, the camper conversion bible is a good one to start with 😊
Congratulations on this great conversion. We have already grown fond of the little eNV200. We have also been on the road: Norway: ua-cam.com/video/iNq88nWnpJM/v-deo.html Croatia: ua-cam.com/video/Nnrwc9rIYxY/v-deo.html France: ua-cam.com/video/IWNKM75RE3w/v-deo.html Last week we went camping in Slovenia, video to come. Without fossil fuels, of course. We gave away our gas barbecue because we have an electric plate and it just fits better. I also have a question to you: Where did you find the swivel plate for the passenger seat? Best regards from the Lienz Dolomites.
Hey KorberRichard! Thanks for watching, just watched your Norway trip, it looks super cold there! How many miles did you get out of it during that trip, have you added any extender packs at all? Yes it's actually advertised as a T4 swivel plate that needed some adjustments. This is the one I bought - www.vanconversionshop.co.uk/nissan-nv200-fasp-seat-swivel-base-2009-2021-693-p.asp I have a feeling though there may be one built specifically for the NV200 a little closer to home but if I remember rightly it was quite expensive in comparison. Hope the trip to Slovenia went well, it's beautiful up in the national park!

Complimenti!!! Hai realizzato un allestimento super🎉
Proper impressed Joe and Beth. An incredible amount of thought has gone into this design and it looks fabulous. 🌟
Ah thanks Hazel! That's very kind of you, I imagine it's long finished now but how's your van build going? Say hey to your ma and pa from me 😁
Omg, the estheticis. Beautiful! I would buy one.

Amazing conversion! Best env200 I've seen. You've done an incredible job, it's beautiful, the light up wood logo is incredible 🎉
Thanks Glyn, much appreciated! It was your adventures up to the Nc500 that got us inspired in the first place!
@@WoodandWild awesome, that's great to hear!
Best van build I’ve ever seen. I’m so NVous.
Lol, how long was that one stored up for? 😂

Thanks guys, much appreciated. Thank you as well for sharing on your fb page! It's such a great battery, we're really pleased we found you guys
Gotta have my porta-potty. A little hanging space behind the driver's seat is a plus too.
You do the most beautifull conversions on You Tube---Absolutely next level.
Thanks Kevin, that's kind of you to say and much appreciated! 😁
Wow!!! I love this 😍

Absolutely stunning!
Thank you! Cheers!
Absolutely love this - incredible job!
Thank you so much! 😊

Have you thought about adding a solar setup maybe as an awning so you can boondock for extended periods of time?
Beautiful van!
Well done, I really enjoyed watching your build, beautiful work …… so interesting and inspiring 👍
Thanks Rick, much appreciated!
another beautiful piece of work and build.
Is that a 'windsor' "@ 15.22?
This is superb. Well done. Would you be up for converting mine?
I'm going to attempt to copy it if not.

@@WoodandWild That's good, seems pretty reasonable, considering the size of the interior. Thanks.

The EV won't charge with a floating earth. What change did you make to give it a ground?
Earth is probably connected to van chassis which will allow the EVSE to charge
is that an acoustic panel for the ceiling?
Hey, it's just a thin sheet of ply painted black with some thin oak strips adhered
Ah okay thank you
Wow! Amazing! An all the Electric stuff inside! Wow! I have the eNV 200 40kwh but not the skills to install the electrics 😮
