Hey bud, just wanted to let you know that I enjoy your vids, hope your channel goes to the top! It’s only a few of us that can make old equipment great!
Glad ya made er home…you’re correct, got lucky on the axle. Those Knipex pliers are the bee’s knees👌🏻take care and a shout out to the wife for being on the spot pit crew😁keep em comin🇺🇸
Never had a wheel come off but a stub axle broke on the fully loaded liquid manure spreader. I wasn't driving that day the boss was. Fortunately, it was right at the entrance to a rented field. I did help jack the tank up and install a new stub axle. Of course the tank was emptied out but the field sloped down hill away from the roadway. Could have been so much worse.AL B.
Question, why do farmer's out there use the undercutters for tillage, what are the benefits? In the east here in New York, i have never seen them used here. Thanks

She’s excellent help.
Glad you had the tools for the job. Old 1086 needs a little bit TLC but seems to be solid. Glad you made it home safely.
Mechanically solid. Cab interior would go a long way on it.
Had quite the adventure!
Pretty much.
The wheels did fall off! Good video!
Wasn’t lying.
I'm watching u from derry in Ireland

Sounds like it.
I had a rear wheel come off on the raod while driving a white 2-105. The U bolts loosened up, I felt two wobbles and the wheel was gone
Not good.
That there was a trip from hell. Wow!
Could’ve been way worse.
There are 3 or 4 3X5's setting just east of Russell Ks for sale.
Thanks
My co worker lost a back wheel off the big John Deere tractor ,while disking one time, that was not fun fixing. 😢 Have a great day. 😊
Could’ve easily been a lot worse.

What is that 5+5 used for , never heard of that equipment
To cut off weed roots. Lift them slightly and leave as much residue behind as possible to prevent blowing.

lifts the soil, cuts off roots, while leaving a lot of residue intact to prevent blowing soil in our usual dry conditions.
Sanford and Son !!
Pretty much.
Did your buddy take the 1086?
Yes he did.
Not sure if I seen a under cutter here in Indiana 🤔
