How did you get rac banned?

So basically we were in a Private server I gave him admin so he can use private server commands then i left for a bit and he was doing Payload calamity and set it to VS. bosses and he was bhopping with bhop demon setting enabled and it banned him for no reason when he bhopped which rolve literally added on purpose
