- A beautifully agressive medium sized fighter in a multi-facted reverse tanto style and this one looks great in Ultem, for sure, displaying the weight relieved tang underneath. At a bit over a four inch blade, this beast is ready for action and whatever you throw at it! Check it out!

Civivi Propugnator (all models) at WMK: whitemountaink...
ERROR CORRECTION: The designer is "PG Knives," NOT "JP"
Now this is how I would like Ultem on a knife to be done.... chiseled, multi-faceted and resembling natural materials like amber and tortoise shell rather than flat, semi-transparent plastic.
Definitely! My points of desire on this one for sure! 👍🗡️👊
My thoughts exactly. This is the best ultem handle on a knife I think I've ever seen. Literally the reason I bought the knife. Just something about it draws you in.
I have been doing research on this knife for possible purchase. It is videos like yours here that help me to make an informed decision. I wish to thank you for this! I have recently discovered this PEI thermoplastic translucent amber material. Looks to me that it will work well in the cutlery industry. Interesting stuff > 🙂
My black blade green micarta should arrive tomorrow. It's an interesting design. I look forward to reviewing it.
How do u like it??
I just received my Propugnator yesterday. I Love it! It feels great in my hand. With D2 at the price point this would normally be a hard use work knife but it's so beautiful with the amber-colored Ultem it may sit in my display case with some much more expensive knives
Yes it looks much pricier than it really is, and is likely a good user as well! Thanks for watching! 👊🗡️👍
D2 just loves to rust. I put 3in1 Oil on all mine but if you touch that blade with your finger at all, 2 months later you're pitted. I mean VG10 isn't more cost and really isn't to much less tougher
For rust protection you can try a Flitz product, Ceramic Sealant.
I actually really like that one. Going to have to check it out. Thank you for introducing me to it. 🙂
Thanks for watching! 👍
@@OGBladeReviews Yessir.
I saw this was coming out from civivi or wmk and instantly fell in love with that blade. And I am not a fixed blade guy. But might have to snag this anyway.
Late to the party, but what a swing and a miss! Great looking design, but $100 for D2? And a techlok, not a pocket clip? And pancake, not a taco sheath...Can we get a redo in s90 or magnacut@63.5 🙏🏻?
My thoughts exactly!
Would love to see a side by side comparison of this knife and the artisan cutlery wreckhart there fairly similar stuck on which one to buy your the only person I know who has both lol
A very cool design! Great video 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video! I'm a big fan of the "street beat."
Same here!
I can get the green micarta and black blade for arround 82 USD here in Mexico by Amazon, but I’m not sure about how usefull would it really be.
Visually it catches my eye, maybe because it looks like a mini-tactical kiritsuke knife.
I would be using it mainly as my fixed EDC and food prep, meat basically…
What do you say Dave?
Should I pull the trigger?
I think it can fill a need, as a tactical blade, and even some EDC work, so long as you don't mind the D2
@@OGBladeReviews thanks for the answer brother…
I don’t mind D2 as long as it is well treated, I have a Civivi Elementum in D2 and haven’t had any Issues yet…
On the other hand I can also get a Tamashii for arround 10 bucks less than the propungnator (damn that name) and now I’m even less sure 😂.
Decisions, decisions…
😁🗡️👍
Awesome looking knife. Like the blade shape, prefer the G10 or Micarta over the Ultem scales. Thanks for sharing!
Those other handle materials are available, whereas the Ultem is not, at least at White Mountain....
please make a mini version about 3' blade would be perfect
The Ultem really makes it look a lot better than the other versions. Color scheme works well too... still prefer the Maxwell, even though it is a beast.
Yep, this is like a "Baby Maxwell" 😁🗡️👍
Really like the design a lot. Now if I carried a fixed blade lol
Is this new model a free reinterpretation of TJ Schwarz knives sportalnd? 🤔🤔🤔
In comparing images of both side by side, I do see the outer profile being similar, but in doing a Google image search, I also see a number of other knives which could qualify as similar, also. With tens of thousands of knife designs out there, it certainly difficult to say if ideas are being copied or simply used as starting points, or whether there is truly "independent invention" with regards to designs. Thanks for watching and for pointing this out! 👍
@@OGBladeReviews yes nothing is really new out there...for example fantoni C.U.T....but here there's a good timing.
👍🗡️👍
I'm in love! 😍💪🗡
I really like this knife. Detest the Ulthem.
Guess you don't like "Ultematums?" 😅🗡️👊
@@OGBladeReviews My favorite color is Yellow, but I just don't like the Ulthem material.
I like the Ultem, hate D2😂
Dumb name, useful looking design, though. The fuller ou s great for a pinch grip on the blade, and the front ground part of the blade would be fantastic for food prep.
PG KNIVES Design (not JP Knives )
Thank you - I'll correct that!
Thanks for comparing to " the STD."...
