You should try brewing fire resistance potions. Unlike fire protection enchantments, if you drink the potions they make you completely immune to fire damage for several minutes. Really handy if you encounter a lot of lava.
Hey Morpheus, i see you have some villager librarians and a village, if you want to you can force a librarian to sell a certain book called mending, you can apply it to anything you use in the game and it will apply a effect that allows your item to self repair itself when you pick up some xp from absolutely anything, Witt this you’ll never have to repair anything you use ever again, unless you die that is. You’ll need a villager you haven’t traded with yet and make them a Librarian, don’t trade with them yet and look at their trades, you should see a book and they only sell one at a time, if you don’t see what you want you’ll need to take their work station and destroy it, it should make them lose their job and become a jobless villager which is the default ones with no workstation, keep placing the work station and make sure it touches it and becomes that profession again, it should change the book everytime so you can eventually get it to roll, once you have what you want trade with him and it’ll lock in that book forever. Also a cartographer villager will sell you maps so you can find structures like woodland mansions (which have extra life’s so you can survive death), underwater monuments that have unique underwater blocks, and most recently trial chambers which are like round based fighting with enimies that spawn, you get rewards for beating and looting chests with keys, so you’ll get some unique loot. Btw fire protection is good however protection itself is better. Because it covers the whole range: projectile, fire, blast and damge. Meaning overall your armour will be way better.

Put mending on your pickaxe because it fixes the pickaxe whenever you get xp while using it. Also if you have more mending books, you can put them on all your armor which will fix that too.

Edit: if the open top nether bridges get too frustrating, you can use slabs of any material to cheaply cover the top. You need only do the side that isnt against a wall or moutain and it will break enemy line of sight
Hey a tip for enchanting if you don’t get the enchantment that you want enchant a similar item with the current one so it cycles it out, then try the item that you want to enchant and try it again, this is where an xp farm comes in use. It helps to get good enchantments while being over level 30. (Also a grinder is useful to unenchant and get some xp back!)
A couple things enchantments like fire aspect and sharpness can go in your sword, fire aspect lights enemies on fire and sharpness makes it deal more damage
They don't protect you from the actual projectiles or fire or blasts. They just protect a percent of damage that you would take if you got hit by that.

You cannot bring water into the nether once you place it will dry up immediately
Protection, fire protection, blast protection, and projectile protection all work very weirdly
They don't protect you from the actual projectiles or fire or blasts. They just protect a percent of damage that you would take if you got hit by that.
protection 4 is the highest you can go and also is generally the best for all armor
But feather falling for on boots is a very good idea to protect you from fall damage

Hi jus want to give some advice before I sleep you have a book with feather falling on it, put that on your boots and it negates fall damage a lot
You can sprint by holding W to walk and to click shift
You want to have protection 4 on all your armor pieces instead of anything like fire protection, blast protection or projectile protection
