One problem i am noticing at the start of this video, in most tutorials for farms they usually use smooth stone as building blocks and it isnt necessary its just because the block has distinct edges to make it easier for the viewer building to quickly check proportions. You could use dirt, wood, regular stone and they would all work the extra effort to get smooth stone wasnt needed but it works either way, getting ready to sit and watch this now im sure it will be great as always ❤
Just look at his world and his armor. He probably has plenty of material.
@@Nukebit9164 im sure he does but smelting stone takes a long time and im going to be honest he 100% does not have a supersmelter and he has 16 stacks of stone there, 16 stacks is around 1100 blocks and a furnace can smelt one item in 10 seconds and stone cannot be cooked in a blast furmace so thats how he would have done it, i cant be sure of how many furnaces he has but with 1 furnace it would take around two and a half hours to smelt all of that and even lets say he went all out with 8 furnaces it would still take twenty minutes to smelt it all into smooth stone and this is only if he had stone to begin with which lets assume he doesmt because most of his world is made out of cobblestone then that means we now need to double the times i just gave you as cobblestone smelts into stone and stone smelts into smooth stone so now with 8 furnaces it would take his 40 minutes to smelt it all into smooth stone but if he just used cobblestone it would take around 2 minutes because all he has to do is go into his cobblestone chest and take out 16 stacks

If you get librarian villagers they will sell you any enchantment book you want.
The trick is, keep the villagers in a little box where they can’t escape. Place a lectern and the villager will connect to it. Examine what the first trade is (it’s always an enchanted book). If you don’t like the book being offered, break the lectern and place it down again. the villager will reconnect to it with a new set of trades. You can literally get max enchanted books for the first trade. I have 16 librarians all with max level enchanted books. You want one with mending so the xp you gather will be used to fix your damaged weapons and gear.

I think you would really benefit from looking up some shortcuts for moving items in and out of your inventory. Shift clicking and various combinations of mouse clicks can make your life so much easier.
Tip: when you want a block to go in the direction you want, you want your character to be facing where you want the block to face

If you push shift 5 times in a row it will turn on sticky keys and make that noise you are hearing. You can turn off the shortcut in your windows settings.

To climb down ladders, you need to be within the perimeter of their hitbox (those little black lines outlining the ladder when you look at it.)
Ideally, using blocks you can build a 1 by 1 tube around the ladder so it will always catch you.

If you hold shift while moving an item to your inventory it does it automatically and you don’t have to drag it.

Hey tom well done on the farm. Next try building a automatic fishing farm to get enchanted books and apply them on your tools and armor using the xp you have
To take just one item of a stack, right click it and it will take off one. That way you don't have to split up all the items all the time.
