I like the looks of the Kymco and the price on most of there models like the 450i and the 500i but the 500i-g and the 700i is both way over priced I went from a Arctic Cat 700 TRV 2up ATV to a Kymco 500i not sure just how I will like it in 6 months to a year but willing to let you know. one thing I feel that should be added to all models at no extra cost is a 2500 lb winch and at the least side mount mirrors that can be used, I did test drive the 450i and it was good. You are welcome to E-mail me if you wish.
I would just get the UXV 700i LE and then order the hard roof and winshield..DONE I think the le looks better with the matte black with black wheels. I don't think an unboltable tire rack is enuff to say its having an indenty crisis..unbolt it and there ya go..the one thing I would skip is the big KC style light bar and go on ebay or some other site and get an opti or cree led lightbar..cheaper and more durable and no risk in breaking the bulbs when ya hauling ass also lower power load on the battery and electrical system and more useable brightness for the trails which is where a SxS like this will be used the most.
Just added my new one with only 120 miles on it on ebay, I added a 3000 pound WARN winch (with remote), stereo with phone mount/hookup and lights and a reversible seat in the bed. Spare tire and mount are included also. I went nuts and bought a $30,000 Razor 1000 Turbo. This Kymco will go 43 mph which is pretty fast in one of these and it will go anywhere. Its like NEW and I've got $17,000 in it with extras and labor and its for sale for only $9000!!! Search ebay now for 2014 Kymco UXV 700i SP
Joe Marshall Probably not very fast, I would guess under 50 mph. The new Yamaha Wolverine side by side only tops out at 53 mph and it has quite a bit more power. This Kymco side by side is ok if it were priced lower than the rest, and thats basically what they kept saying in the video. Even with all the extras, it should be 11K tops. I think its more like 14K which is way overpriced for something basically equal in performance to a Yamaha Rhino 700. You can buy a Can Am Commander 800 with eps for less than what this thing costs and literally run circles around the Kymco. I think even a Polaris Ranger XP 900 costs less, a much superior machine in every way as well.
Your to late, I had already bought one. It is a very nice machine, I can't keep up with the big dogs. But it works well. Top speed is 48. the roll bar in the bed is usless, I already have taken that out and built a new one so the bed can tilt still.
Oh and it was only 11,400 with a plow. I thought it was a good deal. I looked at Polaris and with a plow I was looking at 14000 for just the machine. No plow or winch. But the Polaris is more superior. I guess I'll find out if it will last. So far with all the beatings I gave it, I seems ok
That's not too bad for the package they show in this video. I assume you must have added a winch along with the plow, it doesn't appear to include one, that would have been 1st on my list of accessories. I assume the base model wasn't much less expensive or you simply would have bought that and added the stuff you wanted. In most cases, its cheaper to buy a base model and add the aftermarket stuff yourself.
Was a leftover.pretty much paid 10,500 and a plow for a grand, I already had a winch laying around, It originally was 14,000. But with that deal I jumped.
can you do an updates video on any new kymco product thank you.
I want to know if I can pull my 800 lb manure spreader with it. It weighs about 1300 lbs when full
Think you for geting back to me
