Two questions... What happens if the shock absorber goes flat--like a shock can do? What is the cost compared to the HANS/Necksgen/Schroth/etc.?

Tested for 1000s of cycles without failure. Company does stand behind this shock design. Price is same ballpark as compable items

That’s actually really cool. I’ve always wondered if a big frontal impact while wearing an hnrs would feel like getting sparta kicked in the face by the inside of my own helmet. This must make it feel like a gentle shove by comparison.

I can say, while my neck doesn't usually hurt when I crash with typical devices, i usually do feel light headed or 'concussed' to a degree. I don't intend on testing this one in that manner, but I hadn't intended on testing any of the other devices either LOL
