Thank you thank you thank you! GREAT VIDEO! I'm 24, wearing a hijab too and I went to Korea to do some work experience as a dentist in Gangnam. So, I've experienced a glimpse of the daily life of a foreign muslim resident there. I must say, Koreans that I have met, are so so so so nice and respectful. When I was there as a tourist, so many approached me and helped me find my way. In the clinic I worked, the co-workers were curious but shy. Some of them had a bit of knowledge about the physical contact part. So, one male Co-worker was hesitating to stand next to me while taking a group photo (haha that was so cute!) He pointed at my hijab and was kinda asking if it was fine. I must say, Ajussis / harabojis also approached me but not in a flirty creepy way, but more in a nice, curious and helpful manner. Ajummas / halmonis were very cute and nice too, they like chit chatting (in the airplane haha), nevertheless I did not got many opportunities to talk but honestly, they make me feel they are my own halmoni. ♥ The youth I experienced there is AMAZING. One time I lost 50.000 Won somehow in a busy area in Hongdae, while not realizing it, and I swear to god, there were young people picking up my money and telling me: hey you just lost that here. I was amazed,. I think I don't need to explain this. Many more times people of all ages helped me without asking. (directions, carrying luggage, opening elevator door, picking up my transport card (yes I lost many things there haah but always somebody gave it to me)) - I'm Iraqui, living in Germany and Spain. @@sharoona i hate it so.much that religion limits womens rights. Islam is still telling women what they should do or not. And if you grow up this way you will end up feeling insecure and self conscious, sexually limited and lets not forget fearful of *god*. No one should fear hell or sinning, let the judging belong to the creator god on judgement day.
