Hey Barbara! You are definitely affirming what I was thinking I’m like if succession planting helps get more food. I can start more seed to harvest before fall. First front 10-3. I have 106 days. Yay!!
Hi my Tennessee neighbor! And yes we sure can 😂I started some more cucumbers, squash, zucchini, sunflowers, lettuce and more green beans😂learning from y’all to succession sow. I ordered another raised bed hoping it was coming today for the new seeds I started. Hopefully the bed will be here by the weekend 😂
Hi Barbara!! Great video!! I can’t wait for the corn video. I grew corn for the first time and it didn’t turn out🥲🥲 I had bull ants on them. They didn’t pollinate and they weren’t very big.
Hi Barb yes the strawberry runners are attached to the long stems. In my Greenstalk while the runner is still attached to the mother I would stick new plant into the soil and hold it down with a Bobbi pen until the new plant is rooted in the soil then cut the runner from the mother plant only after the new plant has rooted. Think of it as cutting the umbilical cord. I hope this has helped. Irene in Georgia
Very nice. Thank you. I may start some now that you said it ❤ I didn’t have any zucchini at all last year. I went to android and it didn’t last a week. I went right back to apple lol
There not a whole lot they won’t burn to crisp down here in FL. What does not burn will drown from the daily tropical rains. Of course there are some heat tolerant plants, but not a lot that I want to grow. I do use shade cloths. Still have my collards that I planted in the fall (pulling soon). My main growing season is fall through spring.
Is that Eucalyptus I see? Please tell where you got the Eucalyptus seeds because every time I order them they send me Rainbow tree seeds and I am not trying to grow a huge tree. LOL 😂 all I want is some seeds for a plant or bush. Thanks for all your realness. Oh I just planted some Sugar Baby Watermelons.
I’m in Zone 8. We have 250 days. Still sewing seeds.
That is great!
