Another great video! I probably would never notice that bubble on the side. But now that I know its there... Have a good time at the show. I won't be there cause I gotta work. Thanks for sharing. P.S. you just made me say underwear. LOL
Couldn't make NNL this year. Combination of no money and my mechanic advised against long trips until I get a couple of things taken care of on the 1:1. I just looked at my Mach 1, and I didn't see anything that looked or felt out of place, but I'll look again when I get around to priming/painting. Whenever that'll be. I may just prime it sooner than later to examine it more closely, though.
KBCC gave your channel a shout out so I came over to check it out. The mustang is looking good. I got you subbed to follow the progress. Happy Modeling ~ Cory
Have a good time at NNL east, man I miss that show, i went every year for at least 15 or 20 years, but now being in Thailand it's a little too far to travel.
Dang, I just texted you to ask if you're gonna go to the show and boom you just said it on the video LOL. Sadly, I guess I'm going to be square since I'm missing the show this year. good catch on the lump in the mustangs neck there lol. and i am really glad to see that you use splash paints primers for their paints. 😃
That would be Underwear Frank... 🤣 That is funny, let me take off my glasses... I do the same thing because the model is at arm length and I can see it there... Lol The bi-focal's tend to screw with me... 👀 Your get there with that kit... LLAP 🖖
Another great Frank production. I need to go back and watch your painting techniques video. I need more inspiration on patience. I can never let my paint jobs dry long enough. Underwear. Have fun at NNL!!!
That’s definitely an oddity on the body. One way you could hide it would be to add air ducts there for brake coolers or something. But sanding would definitely be easier😂. Good job on the fix sir!
Thanks Steve! It was surprisingly easy to fix. It took about 5 minutes of sanding, then another 5 to go up the grits. Unfortunately I was so impressed with myself that I paid less attention to the other side and missed the witness line. 🤦♂️
Undies! 😉 Nice catch on the bulge Frank. Have fun at the show! 😎👍
Nice video. Good job with getting the body ready for paint. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
Lol your smugness on the dust comment. Way too relatable. Every time man! Where does all this dust come from... Have a great time at NNL East!
Hey Frank, Chris here.....nice 2 meet U yesterday......you are subbed!!!!!!!!!!!
The pleasure was all mine Chris!

Thailand? That’s it? I’m coming from Suffolk County NY…it’ll take me close to the same time to get there…lol.
@@FranksModelWorks haha 😆 it would take me about 28 hours, I guess if I could leave now I could make it!

Underwear! Lol....Mustang is looking good! Have fun at NNL East!👍
Underwear…Lol! Great video Frank, I guess it’s all about the details that takes you to the next level in scale modeling…great tips!!
Thanks Jose! It’s better to fix them now…so many times I’ve said to myself “maybe the paint and clear coat will hide it”
It never does…
@@FranksModelWorks you are so right, there are no short cuts, I’ve realized that…patience is important, it definitely pays off!
I have two of these kits open and both have the bulge……. Grrrrrrr
Bulge-be-gone!
😂👍
Get rid of that plastic spray booth that’s part of your dust issue
