Riccar Timing Belt Gear Failure

The Riccar timing gear was cracked and had to be replaced. I dismantled it, replaced the gears and timing belt and custom fitted the idler pulley to take the slack out of the timing belt. Sorry I didn't take a video on the finished product!

I have the same issue on my riccar super stretch. I'm taking it apart now to replace the gear. Found this gear with timing belt on ebay. Hope it will work:)
