Hey d amazing, great review as always. Just like to ask your opinion. I want to get a thanos figure, torn between marvel legends recent release (not movie version) and marvel select. Both are solid figures but can't decide which to get. Planning on using the figure for taking photos.
For the price, this SHF is just incredible and does right each thing the SHF Cap got wrong: amazing headsculpt, multiple heads for different emotions, the right size and look. The only downside I can think of is the fact that the arms should have more paint but I think a matte clear coat could easily fix that. I wanna see other lines trying to outdo this Thanos for a similar asking price. We'll see with MAFEX, since they've been improving a lot.
This is missing a bunch of costume detail that made it onto the ML three-pack Thanos. I hate the angry and smiling heads but the neutral head looks great.
I honestly thought thanos looked terrible on all the online reviews and Instagram pictures but I saw it in person at frank and son collectibles in LA and Jesus it's absolutely beautiful

Awesome review. Almost a perfect Thanos figure. But size does matter. Especially when you're representing the man who beat the Hulk back into Bruce Banner.
My only 2 concerns is the gauntlet, you cant just have a shiny new gauntlet, I would expect some rust and scratches. and the skin... Like I'm not even gonna talk about it.

I think if you want a Thanos to go with a Marvel Legends collection this one might be too small. Also, you can find this one for much less than $100, but the value with the 10th Anniversary set is still better for you probably.

I think the legends baf was too big. This looks perfect, and he’s still bigger than Marvel legends so he works well with them in my opinion. I don’t like Thanos being the same size as Hulk. I like him in between Hulk and Thor.

Nice review, cool figure! However, I feel like I need a Figuarts Marvel Collection to appreciate him. I have mostly Marvel Legends, and this is significantly smaller than the BAF. I think the colors are a little too vibrant too, but overall great figure!
Gotta admit, the shf one is kinda a little too small. Thanos is the mad TITAN, his figure should be as big or bigger than The Hulk. anyway, the shf looks great tho.
Awesome review buddy. ML purple paint app is horrible, looks more like Grimus from Mcdonalds than Thanos. Face sculpt terrible. Torso looks like Thanos hasn't been going to the gym at all.

Very nice camera work! The side-by-side with the Hasbro Thanos was interesting--the Hasbro version is a brick! (Though good in its own way).

The big turn off for me is the giant peg for his wrist and how small he is.

Ethan Crane even with the upcoming 3 pack Thanos, the legends one is too bulky. Thanos was pretty lean in the movie and Shf nailed that.
