I love my Winter Berries. You should definitely keep some at the house. You'll enjoy them. Great video. I love working in the garden this time of year before it gets hot and buggy. And like you said, you can see what you are doing before things fill in.

Oh and meant to tell you. There’s a new school of thought that says a straight cut is better than the angled , I think because it exposes less surface area.

I use the soft ties to train my vines. It is like a roll of twist tie with a soft coat that does not damage. You can also remove them pretty easy after the vine attaches.

Looks like you’ve inspired me to go out and cut the dead tips off the hydrangeas. I have echinacea seedlings growing, when would you plant yours outside ? I love the beautiful echinaceas in your garden and want to have beautiful bright perennials in my little garden.
