I think he makes batches of gourds more frequently, so you might not have to wait. Also, I feel like the craftsmanship is superb-so much attention to detail and the experience of actually playing the instrument.

First comment! Lovely playing and banjo! I've got a gourd by Bob Thornburg, but its fretless. One of these with frets sure would be nice.

Thanks. These frets are really thin and make it easy to slide around. I've played some of those Thornburg gourds and tackheads. They're fun too!
