You wasted 17 mins of my life to not even show me it fully functioning…sick content dude really changing this game with this one
The flash paper is sent damp for safety. However in order for flash paper to work properly it must be completely dry. Wet paper did two things first damp it burns super slow or not at all and the damp paper gave you an electrical short, probably ruined the wand.
Do I just dry it with a blow dryer?
@@TRIVXQJust open it up and lay it out for an hour. It's sent wet for safety during shipping. Once dry it is extremely flammable. I would not use any heat source to dry it. It doesn't take long to dry at all.

Flash paper doesn't burn long enough to light things like curtains or carpet on fire. It burns hot, but it's gone almost instantly

Comes wet. Let it dry before use. The "wet" is to keep it from burning during shipping.

That's because he got the fake one or bad one. There's now more than one company that makes this Magic Wand to capitalize on the success of the original good ones. I don't know where he got this one from and there's a chance he might have been unlucky. But me and 3 of my friends all ordered ours from the same online store and they all work perfectly with no issues. It's been 6 months now probably, they all still work. It was around 70 bucks each. Definitely recommend but they only work with Magic Paper so you do need to find more of that when you run out of the little piece they give you in the box.

you used the flash paper when it was wet so you have exposed the inner coil to water and you have most likely broken the wand!
I tried it simply pointed, pressed the button and got smoke. (Missing pin thing to put it in & instructions. It also broke by waving it once. In mid air fell in half and looked like someone had hot glue gunned it together. Total waste.
Maybe it didn't work because your jamming it with a lot of paper... Look how much paper the dude in the advertisement put in, and how easy it went in...

Nothing wrong with the wand (probably). He needed to dry the flash paper. It's shipped wet so it doesn't combust in shipping.
I ordered one for my kids, and after 2 or 3 successful attempts we also had the same issue where the coil doesn't heat up? did you find a fix for this?
Needs oxygen to burn. The first time, you only needed to seal the top of the paper roll so there wasn't so much space for the expanding air to go. If you cram it full there is no oxygen at all. I don't think you need a ton of the paper.
I got one and it works perfectly. I had this issue and you need to put not too little or too much paper. but now the coil aint lighting up!
*Too much paper and packed too tight, ball it up and make sure the ball is slightly loose and push it down in there snug but not super tight*
It’s flash paper. It has to be dry. Wet things don’t burn.

With the old fashioned car lighters. I remember when I was in a car that had a charger port, but a lighter and I was quite enchanted by the fact that they changed this.

I love this wand I got it for Christmas and it is amazing the only thing u are doing wrong is that you can not jam a lot of paper in the chamber you can only put the amount that slides in easily

The Luxembourg location is likely just a fulfillment company. The German company has them manufactured in China, sells them online, then has them shipped to Luxembourg for fulfillment.
I personally would prefer just the little flare of fire coming out and immediately going out. Less likely to be problematic. Honestly, I was expecting it to just have a glowing tip so what you got is more than I would expect! And I see the end "cap" is off-center so it probably hasn't been able to make contact and charge. Try contacting the company and letting them know. If they're legit (and they appear to be), they'll probably care enough to make sure you get a fully functioning version-especially if you send them the link to this video. I'm sure they wouldn't mind the advertising!
I just received mine today, experimented with the thing, looks like you'd have to pack the tip to the brim with the paper and press it all the way down to the bottom of the hole, but from my few attempts, looks like the flame doesn't travel very far like "advertised", its like a little puff of flame but still fun either way. Wand design is not to shabby tho!
It shoots further if you aim it downwards but it will only shoot downwards also the bigger the flash paper that you put inside the further it goes

But did you ever manage to get it charged up and working again? I don't have one but i'd suggest drying the paper, and don't cram too much in as oxygen is probably also a requirement of the process.

The instructions say not to look into the Jane! Why are you making us look into the Jane? This session of playing with fire inside your house went well. Glad the product worked and no fire alarms went off.
I have the interactive Elder wand from my last trip to Universal Orlando. I hope it still works when I visit again. Man this fun video really makes me want to go back.
Yes, directly into the Jane! lol. BTW, if you wand doesn't work when you go back to Universal, they are really good at repairing/replacing. You just have to ask!

I just fixed mine I popped the plate from the bottom and now mine works again
I finally got mine to work you just have to experiment what I ended up doing was rolling it up in a nice tube then once it’s in folding the top over on its self like a shotgun shell if you need more info let me know I can get I touch and send you some videos and stuff
Bought it recently for the gf and having the same issues. Paper was left outside overnight but will try drying more. Tried various ways to pack it.
