That guitarist was questionable at first...
Sounded fine to me at first. The later chordy bit, and getting in David Sanborn's way on the vamp out made me think he got lost on the way to a Tribal Tech gig as second-banana guitar and just barged in on this one.

@@hamiltonmays4256Yeah, somehow he get's lost at the end. I am not sure, but to me it seems, that David get's aware of it and interrupts it by his high saxophone-tone.
Heard Dean live in David's band as well as with Brecker Brothers, Bill Evans and his own project and he was genius, but with some exaggerations.
Sanborn always looks pissy on stage. Hard to keep that chemo booster buzz just right, I guess... "bzzzzzz"
