I have no clue why this was in my recommended thread but now I know that people just start drawing random lines and it makes really beautiful things... Cool 😎🤘
Hi Rick hi Maria. Please can you help me to order a pack for my artist granddaughter. Where do I go. How do I pay. I’m from Canada will you mail it to her and a pack for me. I love this so much
You've reignited my love of Zentangle ! I stopped doing Zentangle about 12 years ago when my Husband passed away. He loved tangling with me Once he was gone I just couldn't do it. This came up in my recommendations today. I'm inspired to Tangle again !!! Thank you !!
It's so beautiful how much joy they have in something so simple as a tangled flipper. This shows that you don't need to be the most famous or rich person to be happy. Just enjoy what God gives you no matter how small or tangled it is
Maria’s joy and delight in creating things just pours out in both the visual of her drawing and the sound of her voice! Her laughter is the tinkling of fairy bells! Thank you for sharing your ways of discovering and channeling beauty in the creative process. 👏👏👏
My zentangles aren’t nearly as beautiful as these, but zentangles are definitely stress relieving for anyone needing something to do in their spare time.
It’s not the line whispering, it is the One great I Am creating with us… it loves to help make art… I can feel it flowing with me when I create. You can hear many artists talk about the flow… it is so amazing… 😍 athletes, singers, dancers, arts and creative endeavors bring us closer to the Creator because it literally loves evolution and making new things! Why the heck do you think we feel so driven to make new stuff? Hahaha
When I was in the Navy 1968 -'72 I would spend hours making designs like this. I had pages and pages in a notebook, filled with these. They all look similar, but are all so different. It was a great relaxing tool.
First time I’ve seen anyone else draw like this. I used to doodle like this in class back in elementary school and 30 years later I find myself still doing patterns like this for warm up
What a cool and beautiful idea!! Looks like a batch of mushrooms to me. 👍👍💕. Great for office break rooms or just on a table you go by frequently to flip them!👍
I would really like to see more of the desk mat doodles and tangles/Art. What you're doing is very interesting ,but the mat has lots of very interesing aspects. I find it very hard to set out to create. Doodling is how I normally draw. I have only been watching zentangles for about 6 mo. Love the creativity of the community, keep up the awsome tutorials.
I just love this project, not only for the lovely new fragment and reticula, but for the hours of fun to be had! I can see setting my dining table with these as napkin holders and then after dinner (when the dishes are cleared!) letting the fun unfold! My grandchildren are going to love these! Thank you so much! Happy Holidays! Julie Allison
Started doing doodles very much like this as a teen in 1970. Now it's "a thing" with proper narration in the self congratulatory professional artist tradition. 🙄 Oy.
You two just are the perfect start of the day. 😀 So much playfulness. Thank you so much. 🌻 I cannot wait to get out of bed to see the next video of this series 🍀💚
I wish these folks lived In my neighborhood. They seem like so much fun! I could see in the summer they would have Craft Day in their backyard and I'd ❤ to come over and make Crafts with them. Such nice Creative Fun People!
Interesting. I didn't know there was a name to this. Its something I've done since I was a young child and my gramps started me doodling wayang kulit figures which he would then make for me to play with. It started me doodling everything in sight... Including my school books. 😅Ok, I'm going to go back to doing that now. Thanks for the inspiration
I'm so excited, I really did it. So much fun. This is my favorite project pack for sure. I've listened to several days and now am doing the tangles. Love pangea.
Thank you so much Maria and Rick, I really really enjoyed watching you create this amazing and awesome Tangle.... and I really really love ❤️ it. But, also I really really enjoyed listening to you both laughing 😂 You make my heart ❤️ smile. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
The beginning shapes drawing is an old form of drawing that my friends and I were actually doing back when we were teenagers (I'm 67 now), and I still do to this day. Although we used color pens and pencils I like the black through white shades used in this.
Thanks. I enjoyed doing that as my first attempt at a zentangle. It's around a birch rolling pin as my canvasses are turned pieces and I can get a lot of practice out of each rolling pin.
I’m teaching myself how to draw, and these are terrific to use in my work. They add such an interesting aspect. Of course they are fun to draw on their own as well. I appreciate these videos. Yes I subscribed! 😘
You two are incredible! I have just discovered your channel and I am in love with it. 😊 I have been doing zentangles for a few years and always enjoyed it. Listening to the two of you as you are creating a piece is so relaxing and informative that I can’t wait to try this particular style. I love how you explain how you do your shading and highlighting because I always have trouble with that part. I have only watched this one video so far, but I have definitely subscribed to your channel! It has been a while since I have done any zentangles but after watching this video I can’t wait to get back into it. I look forward to seeing more of what you create!
I used to do these kind of drawings when i was a teenager. I had no idea this was a technique or art form. I thought i was just messing around whenever i was bored in class.
Oh, it looks beautiful! At the beginning I thought: wow, how difficult is this picture! But thank you so much show us the making! It looks like Art Noveau ! 👍❤
Oh my dear, i bought all the pencils and papers and a book, and started with zentangle. OK, I'm 62 years and I' ve had never thought, how diffucult it is, to make straight lines next to each other . 😄But with every exercise will be better. ❤️
I love the gleeful giggle right at the very end. You guys really do enjoy creating and sharing these pieces of art with us :). I am almost done with one of my zentangle pages in my sketch books. I love the freedom and enjoyment of it all.
loving mirth! love this channel only just found it, I usually do scene pictures people in places or abstract paintings. It's been so nice to find these and get back to doodling essentially, like I use to in school many moons ago. It's nice to work without a reference, just doing your own thing and having these patterns like tools, or colours in your pallet that you can incorporate in your own way, so thanks for sharing.
I have no clue why this was in my recommended thread but now I know that people just start drawing random lines and it makes really beautiful things... Cool 😎🤘
Lol same.

Project Packs.
@@Zentangle thank you so much. I put my order in 👍
Since I was a preteen, I’ve been drawing a form of these zentangles, without knowing that word. I’m thrilled to see this art so widely celebrated.
I've been doing the same thing since I was 9
Your descriptive language for this process uses unusual metaphors. Mind blown.
You've reignited my love of Zentangle ! I stopped doing Zentangle about 12 years ago when my Husband passed away. He loved tangling with me
Once he was gone I just couldn't do it. This came up in my recommendations today. I'm inspired to Tangle again !!! Thank you !!
Love the free flow of the lines. Proves no mistakes

You've got that "tangled life" bit correct!👍

My zentangles aren’t nearly as beautiful as these, but zentangles are definitely stress relieving for anyone needing something to do in their spare time.
I’ve been drawing, “I called it, doodling” pictures like these for over 40yrs! I guess I should’ve kept them instead of tossing them in the trash.

I wish that while doodling in my copybooks I had someone profoundly narrate what I'm doing like this too! 🤣💖

If you have ADHD and like to draw I'm sure you appreciate this as much as I do. Isn't it wonderful that you can't predict this?
With Zentangle make i perfect amazing pictures i love it 👍👍

Эти цветы как будто из другой планеты. Космические. Благодарю. Благодаря вам, я сегодня получила новые, интересные знания.
I taught preschool and this sounds like something you do with children to teach imagination and creativity.
You two are the cutest! ❤️ Thanks for all the playful creativity! ❤️
This is so pretty! Puts me in mind of a hibiscus flower. So lovely to watch and listen to your calming voice! Thank you for sharing this Beautiful!
