The story is simple, which works really well for the animation. Honestly shouldn't compare to broly, as broly was more of a serious movie, and this was more of a light and fun one
I agree, and for that purpose the movie was really good. Story was clear and concise, and told it's narrative well, even giving us some pretty good comedy. I do feel however that the movie suffered from lack of character depth. It introduced a lot of new characters that were hard to grow attached to cause we only knew them for about 45-60 minutes. Not to mention Cell Max, who felt really underwhelming to me simply because of the type of antagonist he was compared to the original Cell. These gripes far from make it a bad movie, as it was still a lot of fun, and extremely enjoyable, but I can't, in sound mind, say it's better than Broly.
If I had to rank the movies in terms of quality, I'd go Broly > Super Hero > BoG > RoF; and besides RoF, the gap in quality is not too far. A very impressive feat considering the quality of Dragon Ball movies before Super. Can safely say I'm excited for Dokkan to introduce more Super Hero content, and I hope everyone gets a chance to go see the new movie.

@@TrxPsyche Tbh I personally enjoyed Battle of Gods so much more than every other Super movie I’ve seen. Granted I haven’t watched Super Hero in it’s best quality yet (Seeing it in theaters in a few days.) But the only movies that were able to really give me that feeling of Dragonball were Battle of Gods, and Broly. I enjoyed Super Hero even if the first time I saw it was in admittedly low quality, but my personal list would be Battle of Gods > Broly > Super Hero > RoF.
Until cell max shows up, the shot he does to piccolo is brutal af it makes broly look nice. I didn't see goku or vegeta bleeding and losing an arm

I tried this when it realeased and after the first two phases I was like “this honestly isn’t bad at all why is everyone bugging.
Phase 3 began and the first thing that happened was a super attack from him and he hit my best defensive unit on my best team for 1.3 million damage.
I couldn’t even react quick enough before I saw the game over screen pop up. Devastation doesn’t even describe what happened to me it was so humbling

Honestly getting more than 3 tries a day really works well. Its a difficult event that might take a lot of fine adjusting to take it down and with 3 tries a day it feels like it would take ever

@@KitsCloud Not really even that, just good orb changers and pikkons active, obviously a little bit of luck with dodges and super attack placement but with good orbs your chances are better than not
@@ItachiUchiha-oq9ub I did the same and it still took me a Paikuhan active, all supers on Godku, LR Gods dodges, a revival AND both senzus lmao. On global I'm convinced you need a ton of luck on your side.

I'm hoping the WWC units are the counter to this boss which makes me even more excited to how strong they will be.

I have tried beating the stupid cell max for hours it I keep losing for the dumbest reasons like it supering my weakest unit or double super in one turn
It's another one of Dokkan's badly designed stages. Challenging in Dokkan often means "Needing exceedingly specific units" and that just isn't fair. Eventually, sure, the content will become easier due to newer units being more broken and common, but we have to basically sit on a stage most people cannot feasibly complete unless they have some extreme luck.
I think the rof blues can be good too for this event on the gods team yet another global shaft well see what cooler and goku looking like hopefully the rip cell and brolys limbs in half and tear out their genitals
I ttook me four hours of attempts, but I've beaten Max Cell on Global. Everybody is mostly using Int EVO Vegeta and agl Pikkon in their team and then after that it's mostly rng lmao.
The first run is so surprising cuz u can sweep through the first 2 phases but then u get hit by a super on the last phase and it does 1.5 mil

what i think would be SUPER COOL is if cell max had a secret 4th phase that had like a 1% chance of appearing. it has 1 mill base attack, but also it only has 1 mil health. and if you beat it, you OBTAIN CELL MAX as a unit drop secret reward.
I know this is off topic but I feel like the reason why DBS Broly did so well was because it made the 2 most beloved characters remade and canonical: Gogeta and Broly.
Also the marketing was miles better

ok the event is one thing... but god damn, the timing of all the music in this video made this an EXPERIENCE to say the least. From UI Goku's dodge on the super, to the super Cell did on Godku towards the end, the music just made all of that so much cooler

1:03 it does play, but not with scenario off, you have to manually switch the scenario button to on in order to see it.
You have to have scenario on I believe to see the animation

I love the editing on this. Phase 3 caught me so off guard. I didn't hear how hard the fight was going to be so I had no idea what was coming.
I quite like what they did with cell max in the movie, he wasnt lumbering despite his size he was still fast and on pure smoke

Was playing this and was like wow this easy till I took 2 million damage from a super on the third stage. 💀
Something about the final fight was so enjoyably ominous and dark. The way the music cuts off with just the ambience in the background when Gohan transforms and fires a beam at cell, gave me chills. The movie overall just had a different tone from anything DB other than maybe Zamasu. (also hardly ANYONE mentions the post credits scene)

05:53 Teq Gogeta can't nullify Supers until after his Ultra Super, so even if they can be nullified by his passive, it will never work if they're attacking before Gogeta goes.
My teq gogeta ultra supered then additional supered cell max decided to super my teq gogeta not only my teq gogeta didn't nullify the super but also took 1.3M dmg ☠️

My TEQ God Goku, 69% max EZA, took like 140k from a super attack in the 3rd stage (The Gods took around 500k from a super attack [ I Died ]
Even Nano doesn't understand that Gohan isn't the MC of Super Hero. It's Piccolo and there is no question about that.
We are 100% getting an INT unit who slays against Cell Max during the WWDC.
Either that, or he's gonna remain absurd until the end of the year when we get SuperHero units for real.
Cell Max being this difficult makes me happy, because this indicates that Beast Gohan and Orange Piccolo are gonna fodderize the rest of the game.

Cell max was a big disappointment. Literally added nothing to the story. This movie was okay. No where near * best* the whole wishing to get stronger is getting annoying Gohan goes from no training to goku and vegeta level is a ass pull. Freeza was well explained with the room of spirit and time and he still isn’t the strongest in the universe. Only good thing about the movie is vegeta finally beating goku

I have to admit:
Super Hero has a better start, the first 50 minutes are certainly better than DBS Broly.
But when it comes to the final battle, I just can't like Cell Max and Beast Gohan at all... they don't feel special nor necessary to the story, and we don't even know what the new form does!
I got to third phase with 0 trouble and then he started hitting the new ssj4 Gogeta after two SAs for 300k per basic attack. I just decided I wasn't up to the task at that point.

I used TEQ Pan for this, and I figured she'd be fine as she was fully built up and had her damage reduction. It still did 700k and oneshot me.
Pretty sure godku and maybe teq freiza are the only ones who can tank his super on global

The reason for the senzu bean is because of the movies where Picolo only had 2 senzu for the fight the Gramma's and help Gohan to be better (they didn't know cell max was a thing)
Cell max hit so hard that when I beat him I went back to broly (who I haven’t beaten yet) and beat him first try. Also I forgot to change my item from sensual beans to whis and got so lucky that broly didn’t aoe me once in the str phase then after that I was off to the races
