Hey JDS, thanks for answering my question. This was prefect and answered other questions I had. Those A/C units are energy monsters, even those in brick n mortar homes. Cool video, great info, much appreciated. Looking forward to the next one. May hit you up on the side for more knowledge and know how as I begin to rig my solar system for my pickup truck camping, and home/office solar system.

Great video John! I still think you would make a great high school teacher, or some kind of industrial trainer when you decide to settle down.
    Jim-

Use the Victron BMV shunt and monitor to measure your available capacity. Once calibrated it will measure all voltage/current in and out of the batteries and you’ll always know how much energy you have left to use. I see the constant discharge voltage of my lithium’s as a feature, not a problem.

If you are trying to decide how big of a inverter you need, do you go by watts or amperage? Do you figure that out based on the 12v DC or the 120v AC? To me this is so confusing because you need to know how much amperage you need and the watts don't really help.
