  • What's the formula for happiness? We first need to define what it is.The dictionary fails to describe it."Happiness is the state of being happy" and "happy" is "feeling or showing pleasure or contentment" and what we do is suspend all the thoughts we don't like in order to think we're happy and it doesn't cause the longterm feeling of happiness. One way we suspend our unhappy thoughts is by spending a large amount of our time on social media. Our brain stops thinking and we enter a different dimension causing us to pay less attention to what makes us truly happy and disregard the significance of it. What's the formula for happiness? If I was dying tomorrow... I'd call in to work, binge watch something, probably post about it on social media, give my final opinions, and die. Thinking about it, everybody is living like they're going to die tomorrow.

Negative thoughts are natural.. She is basicly suggesting detaching from reality.
Like here is a negative thought "im poor, and because I've exhausted all of my life's possibilities I'm likley going to remain poor for the rest of my life."
Not thinking about that fact will cause a person to behave incorrectly.. Maybe wasting what little money they have or planning on their income increasing.
And if they followed her suggestion they would need to replace it with something very likley completely fictional.
"Right now i have enough money! There is some chance that an opportunity of some sort wil come my way. There is not much chance i will remain poor."
This is complete fiction. And what happens when we apply her philosophy to other things like judging our own intellegence or skill? Beauty?

I am very much active on Facebook but I don't really care if someone likes or comments on my posts... All I want is to express what I feel and interact with people who really matter.

I take your word Universe as an indication to the Lord of beings (Allah). You know sofijaaa that Steve Jobs died while he was improving the smartphone to be easier for applications and communication; and that very thing that caused havoc in the world right now. One last comment: Sofia you are really beautiful and luscious. You can do something to the world with your gratitude for your blessings and real you.
