Use a remote raid app that lets you find other around the world and use the remote raid passes and you are all set.
I watched this video and I was so jealous that he was getting all these rare Pokémon but then I ended up doing a raid 10 mi utes later and I got a shiny mewtwo with the first pokeball
Shiny legendaries from raid has a 100% catch rate so if you can land your ball you catch it. So if you get a shiny this way you can use pinap berry to get more candy.
