When he misses the timing of “what’s this?” By about half a second at 2:06 or so, you could see the frustration on his face. An absolute perfectionist and it showed how much he wanted to give a good performance and man, did he. It was amazing.
For the most of the show he looked like he was loving it, I'll forgive the slip. That show was a highlight of live performances I've seen in my life, and that's a lot.
I didn't see frustration (but that doesn't mean you didn't - that's art baby :) I saw a man entranced in the long sigh and then the music, his own song, caught him by surprise. I found the moment endearing.

I wonder if he spends time in front of the mirror practicing the hand motions like Hitler
@@nuclearcatbaby1131 it seems very organtic. his true career is a music composer.

When he said christmas town it was like I was watching the movie
he will always be one of my favorite composers
Cant believe this was almost 4 years ago!!!
He kind of even looks like Jack Skellington. It's amazing.
I wish he'd had a better mic or this was recorded better so we could hear his voice over the music. Danny Elfman is brilliant.
his voice and even hand motions are so dynamic and purely into the music
Such an amazing voice
I saw it in London. So amazing!
Absolutely brilliant show, almost 2 years ago!!! Then covid came!!!!!
So he voiced Jacks singing voice & Barrel?
Thanks for sharing! Love it!
Fantastic!
What’s this? Just before the Covid pandemic
Danny said he was thrilled to visit Glasgow, “land of the gingers” bet he never saw so many fellow gingervitis sufferers in his life!
hes so intense, almost like a rock singer's voice
