I "discovered" Wales when my brother went to Bangor Uni around the year 1967 - have been a total Wales fan ever since, and now 84 yrs old & living in the US since the 1990's. Just enjoying a little dose of my favorite subject today - thank you for this video. Wales is such a magical place - so much ancient history screaming at you from every direction. Can't help loving you Wales - wish it was MY history, but I can't claim that. My brother still has family there as he lived there for many years after graduating, ending up in the Forestry service ! One of his daughters has always had the Wales bug too !! I often wonder if I had a prior life there myself - something is pulling me always to go back !

Why can’t every bridge be as well done as the last bridge in the show? We let ourselves down these days. Beautiful show. I’m sure King Arthur’s grave will open soon, some day.

Thank you buckets, Tony and Baldrick. The song the choir is singing is the one sung in the very famous movie called, "How Green Was My Valley", that was set in Wales.
I'm from Northwestern California. Pardon me, I only used to know you from Black Adder. I happen to love History too.💟

So, my foolish question is this Does King Offa=King Arthur? Is it a St.Clair to Sinclair pronunciation shift over centuries, and a legend that grew?

I hate documentaries where the music is so loud that you can't hear the narration well.

Tellulah, just a suggestion. It may be a good time to have a hearing test done. When I thought music was too loud for the narration it was because at 45 yrs of age I had a hearing loss issue I was not aware of.
Have a great always and forever 💞
