FYI instead of asking people 'darimana di Jakarta' for where are they from originally. Ask them 'Asli darimana' or 'Mas asli mana'. They'll instantly understand that you asking them which part of Indonesia they're from. 😁😁😁

So that they only provide such tiny stuffs, e.g. memory cards / micro SD

When you say "Tanpa gula" which literally means "Without sugar", it is possible that they thought you said "Tambah gula" which literally means "Add more sugar"😅, because for a second that's what I heard too. You can say "Es teh tawar" for iced tea without sugar.
