thanks man, I appreciate this upload. I have many hours of freeflying in the tunnel but due to my age and physique is keep struggling with some stuff, this was really helpfull...:)
Glad I could help! There’s no better way to save time in the tunnel than a really good warm up before and some homework! Age is just a number! An active lifestyle is going to save you time and money, especially in your free flying journey!
wonderful, I would have saved 1 hour (or more..) if I had known that before! This aspect of the tunnel is not sufficiently known and approached by the coaches, there is a huge potential for saving time for the students! For my part, I often have difficulties with certain positions that require spreading my legs while maintaining this position of the pelvis: I have strength (a lot of sports), I have good flexibility (a lot of stretching) , but without gravity my flexibility is absolutely not the same: I have big muscles and the wind is not strong enough to press apart like gravity does, and I feel that I am missing certain muscles to compensate for that. I will try your exercises ;)
Thanks Oli! This helped a lot! Great video
Pleasure! I’m glad it help!
