I knew right away that she had schizophrenia, and she portrayed her role so perfectly. She was so natural that you couldn't tell that she was acting. She really expressed the pain she was experiencing and feeling terrified of being alone, thinking down on herself, putting herself down etc. Those are hard expressions to bring to the screen and she was remarkable. I also felt so bad that she was going through such a serious mental illness and was hoping she'd get help along with the proper doctor and medication. I was tensed up at the end because of what she was thinking of doing. I'm pleased that you ended the story with her calling her mum instead of the other action that she was contemplating on carrying out. Great plot and direction on the way you carried the storyline out. It was thorough and not just thrown together like a lot of short horror films. Amazing job with this and thank you for uploading your work and sharing. Good luck on your future endeavors!
Thanks for your in-depth comment. Katie did a fantastic job of playing the nuance of a struggling character and handled a complicated subject well. It's always tempting to rely on a mythical, unexplained monster when making horror - so I enjoyed the challenge of trying to relate it to real-world issues. I appreciate the kind words, all the best!
One of the big supervisors from my previous jobs had that same illness. He was working to hard. You should never take your work home. Tomorrow is another day. He even list some of his memory. Feel bad for him . But people should learn that if you can't get something done that day there is always the next day. Try not to over do it people don't kill yourself at work it's not worth it. I certainly wouldn't want to be a supervisor it's not worth the stress
Amazing work. Really well done to all. That we got to care for and identify with someone in just a few short minutes was testament to great writing and the phenomenal skill of the actress. You should all be immensely proud of what you achieved here.

This was different, i really liked this
The call with mum was sooooo touching, so sad.....Jesus, now I need someone too
Jesus is the greatest someone we can ever talk to.
Excellent acting.
I like the being she sees - very simple, but effective

Very cool transitions in this mate. Well edited.
Good one 👍🏼
Amazing short! So well done!
Wow, that was strong. Mental illness is real and so many don't understand. Nice work
Brilliant. A very good portrayal of mental illness. More educational than horror, but no doubt experiencing this can feel horrific. Well done.
Awww I 😢… I know how she feels ❤❤
I like this artist she is my favorite 😍
Excelente trabalho.

True horror. And desperately sad. This is a superb piece of work by everyone involved, not least the truly exceptional actor. Serious talent here. 👍

Non fa per niente paura!
Why do you people live alone? Better to live with family.
And why do you live in two storeyed home when you are living alone?
