I haven’t seen Hissquiet in a long time, since I got off TikTok. Their music has come a long way. Used to be just noise, now it’s got structure and melody. Love it!

B4 DAWs arrived I spent 3-4yrs with my band at the time, mastering the arts of phrase loop sampling & resampling with x2 Ensoniq ASR-X Pro samplers. They both had 68meg of stereo sampling memory & we learnt just how much u could do, with them & our hardware based studio too... With stereo sampling & up to 128meg of ram memory too by that era of sampling development. I learnt to get my ear for knowing when it was right to commit things as bounces of grouped track elements, into a sampled phrase loop & keep moving forward on material. Elektron have finally perfected the sampler/resampler that the ASR-X fell short on for getting the whole concept in one groovebox style box perfect. Don't know when yet but this is a must for me

No touchscreen. Keep the same form factor & screen. Upgrade: processor / effects / converters / up to 24bit 96khz recording/ Micro SD card instead of Compact flash / add overbridge.

Digitakt mk2 it is… and I’m really looking forward to the official release presentation. Won’t buy it any time soon I guess, as I’m already (or still…) enjoying DT OG and Syntakt. Besides that I also have other samplers like the M+, SP404mk2 and the Play OG. But as I said, still looking forward to it as I am really enjoy the Elektron workflow and gear… saving for the Octatrack mk3 🙏🏻 😉

@LetsGo_Brandon the Elektron workflow is like a religion to me, never been able to feel as natural with any other equipment or software and if you check any of the music on my channel almost all of it used something Elektron. It's what gives me the best way to translate soul directly into creation in a way that doesn't feel like work.

Can we get official side-by-side 19" rack kits from Elektron? I have my Digitakt+Digitone in one made by "Fraction Industries" who are no longer in business.. so when I get Digitakt II, Syntakt, Analog Heat+FX etc. I want to put them in a similar type mount.
You tend to be great at having rack kits for all your other synths.. so would be nice if the half rack sized modules got an official kit. Cheers
