That's a long prep time! i am up at 4 too and try to include some of those things in my morning ritual. I go for a long walk which helps me focus and reflect and prepare for the day. Because I punch in at 7, I have to do more in the evening before bed which also serves to destress from my day. Thanks for sharing and being so transparent. Look forward to more videos.
I thought that my need for 2 hours to get out the door in the morning was a lot! I walk the dog first thing, then read over breakfast. It is a lot easier to make time for yourself when you live alone! I need to make time for exercise though.
I am a night owl so going to bed at 9 or 10 is pretty much impossible for me, even if I have a 5 am call. I work in film so my schedule is completely random. Sometimes we start after noon if we need night shots. Sometimes 4 am if we need to do a time-consuming monster makeup or prep an army of extras.

I am another 4 am-er!! My husband thinks I am crazy but I love the darkness, quiet time and peace I get from taking that time for myself each day.

I get up at 445am daily and I love my mornings. I do not meditate but I do journal. I would like to incorporate meditation in the morning.

She does! However our schedules only seem to align for journaling when we're out of town away from the kids lol.
