My golden concert..Was there..Given a ticket by a dear friend who sadly passed away in 2022..Happen to be hangin out in the park of our small hometown and knew my friends were going to the concert later that evening...sitting there on a picnic table my friend Kim pulls up and says we can't find Robert who happened to be a Yanked over Amish kid from town..That means he turned from Amish to Yankee which is what we called the rest of us who were not Amish..Was asked if i wanted to go in his place because they were leaving at that moment..i couldn't get in that car fast enough..Scalpers were asking 200 bucks a pop at the gate and i was offered a free ticket..In 1977 two hundred bucks was like a grand in todays money...Had my weed in my pocket and a blast at the concert..My only regret was i never saved the ticket stub..But i have a memory so precious to me that i will cherish it forever..I remember that concert so vividly..
Wow! What a story. You DO realize this is considered one of the most classic gigs of the band, right? It's not necessarily better than so many other gigs...but more that it was such an early, important bootleg. For SO MANY FANS, this was their first soundboard bootleg of an entire Zeppelin concert. This was actually my first Zeppelin bootleg, my first soundboard show I ever heard by the band...it has a special place in my heart. I listened to it so many times back in the 1990s. (There was no way I could have ever seen them live...I was two-years-old when this show happened.) Anyway, thanks for the cool story!

A while ago I discovered a bunch of Led Zeppelin records and when I picked up IV, my first thought was "What the fuck is this? It doesn't even have a name on it" and almost got rid of it. But somehow I knew that if I did that, I would probably regret it. When I first listened to Stairway, I knew immediately that Led Zeppelin was my favorite band. I love The Who, Beatles, Stones, but I was in search of something less conservative, heavier. I got bored. Led Zeppelin is the only band that I have found that I can say I like every single song on every album. I can't think of one I don't like. Since I've Been Loving You is severely underrated. I'm a 15 year old girl and you don't understand how painful it is for me to sit here and watch this, knowing I will never experience this. I envy all the old farts who got to see them in their prime. I spend my time trying to see these people before they die. I am grateful that I got to see Paul McCartney last year in San Jose. If you have any stories about seeing led zep live, please tell me. I would love to hear them.
I was at one of the MSG shows in June for this tour. Now I remember those side light towers totally blocking my view of the band from section 214.I spent the whole night looking at a light tower and JPJ's grand piano.

Big thanks to HEY YOU UA-cam CHANNEL. (This person has a lot of really cool stuff on their channel.) for sending me a link to this video. It has been about 42 years since I saw a live concert and I certainly never saw this one
You see...I can see this happening for all sorts of live releases but it/they in terms of the film would have probably be done as bonus multimedia features as opposed to main ones. There are very high standards for what people release professionally and especially for wildly successful acts. They are VERY tight about what gets released as they should be...but hopefully over time things will happen. The question is will we all have to die from old age before it does? Let's hope not.
The sheer excitement of seeing Led Zeppelin must have been mind blowing. What increasable live band, no other band could touch Led Zeppelin when they where firing on all cylinders!

I have a lot of these shows on cd/ dvd if you want to buy them.
wow the video is very clear!
I didn't realize they were this good in the late 70s. They had some bad shows, but clearly they still had it. Very cool.
I was at one of the MSG shows in June for this tour. Now I remember those side light towers totally blocking my view of the band from section 214.I spent the whole night looking at a light tower and JPJ's grand piano.
lol..sorry
So technically, you got to hear them perform live, but never actually got to see them (with the exception of JPJ).
Thank you
Whatever you did to this clip...thank you! Yes, LedZepFilm is a great channel...and they deserve thanks for sync'ing this show to the soundboard boot...but the quality on your channel is superior. Did you do something to increase the sharpness and overall picture quality? Anyway...THANK YOU! I just subscribed to your channel.🙂
We are not worthy. Thanks Man
This is actually some very good footage!!
This a good Destroyer master. Very clean
Cleveland rocks
Is it just me or does this sound WAAAAY better than the DVD of Zeppelin in Seattle ‘77
Big thanks to HEY YOU UA-cam CHANNEL. (This person has a lot of really cool stuff on their channel.) for sending me a link to this video. It has been about 42 years since I saw a live concert and I certainly never saw this one
Somebody had this sitting in their house for over 40 years. Amazing they shared it.
Awesome thanks for this!
this is amazing!
nice footage
surreal experience
Sounds great!
I wish I could see some complete songs of this amazing footage
This along with other concerts on the 1977 US Tour were professionally filmed, you can see guys with film cameras in still photos.
Release them.
I had a dream… (and it’s come true!)..
I will always love them ❤
I was there…great show(s)
Plant's awesome! Sometimes his woo woo's sound a like a Disney character. 🙂
the missing piece of the album - opening notes of Song Remains - here at last!
Awesome footage
Just subscribed 👍
how do I get my 8mm on VCR of zep 06/07 /77 restored . It needs it terribly....Any suggestions I want to upload it ;
Wow! Very good!
Wow I saw them the next day
Great Super.
Very cool!!
You had me until frame interpolation
People that are siting there had no idea how lucky they are
By 77, everyone knew how lucky they were to see Zeppelin. That’s when I saw them for the first time.
I saw them 3 months later in Oakland…unfortunately it was their last American show.
a treasure!!!
If the complete film is available why not get Jimmy Page to do some sound restoration work and get it released on DVD ?
You see...I can see this happening for all sorts of live releases but it/they in terms of the film would have probably be done as bonus multimedia features as opposed to main ones. There are very high standards for what people release professionally and especially for wildly successful acts. They are VERY tight about what gets released as they should be...but hopefully over time things will happen. The question is will we all have to die from old age before it does? Let's hope not.
Full flight 77 Great Stuff
Tom Zook I believe they call it digital remastering
How can it be that there's not a full length video of one of their 77 shows in the US? It just seems hard to believe.
Lol look @5:51 bonzo missed his queue
Almost! 😂
Ha !
The sheer excitement of seeing Led Zeppelin must have been mind blowing. What increasable live band, no other band could touch Led Zeppelin when they where firing on all cylinders!
increasable?
"Increasable" is a reference to the volume of the amplifiers.
Ever notice in zeppelin photographs, or whatever video we have of them live on stage, you don’t see stacks and stacks of amplifiers?
The destroyer Boot
wow
I have the the original bootleg album. "The Destroyer"
