There is a really good reason why I watch your chanel a lot. One of them is the fossils and how they look preped and another is the great content. And the beautiful finds you make in the UK near the yorkshire coast amaze me too. All i can say is you make really great content with the help of your family. And in this video there are even more beautiful ammonites and more as well as really well preped fossils. And I watch your videos a lot because I also collect fossils as much as possible where ever I can. And i hope the Ichthyosaur spine preps well.
Thanks so much, we really appreciate that. We certainly tried to include several lovely fossils within this video, hope you’re having some good luck with your fossil hunting too! 🙌🏻
These videos are amazing! It is really soothing and exciting to watch you guys find spectacular fossils. Congratulations on finding those ichthyosaur vertebrae, and I hope they prepare well. I also love the nature shots imbedded throughout the video. :)
Thanks so much, we certainly try to make them as enjoyable as possible! I’m glad you enjoyed seeing the finds from today’s video, we were so happy with the bones! Thanks again for watching, see you in the next one
Ok, so I studied Geology, I Love fossils, rocks, anything with geological significance hence watching this amazing 'vlog'' but I must add, the gentleman in this video is absolutely bloody gorgeous .
I live on the Isle of Wight, just started getting into looking and finding fossils. You are both inspirational! Love your videos.. Think the beard suits you Shae! X
As you know I'm a big fan of Ichthy material - and those verts are just great: not the slightest bit crushed. You boys must have felt like you hit the jackpot when there was yet another one every each time you scraped a bit further - superb fun.
The only fossil I have ever found was on an Archaeological dig near my home in Wiltshire, we were excavating a Roman burial. At the head of the grave was a fossilised sea sponge of all things, a pretty big one too. Even back then our ancestors had a fascination with fossils...not a clue where it originated from , but it was something special that was kept .
@@YorkshireFossils to be honest it's hard not to enjoy your videos they're soothing their exciting scenery is perfect what more can we ask for.😄👍 and the bonus is two pretty cool guys.
It seemed to me that there was another ammonite fossil under the "yellow" rock by the first ammonite fossil shown in this video. The area seems littered with fossils. Thank you for sharing.
I have to tell you I giggle every time you say, "pyrited". What I always hear is "pirated" and instantly I am struck by images of Ammonites wearing an eye patches. 🤭
That pyritic nautilus is stunning. To say I'm jealous is an understatement! 😊
It really is! Thanks so much 🙏🏻🤩
OH MY GOD!!!!!! OK YOU WIN!!! THIS BEATS WHITBY FOSSIL’S TRIPLE VERT FIND!!!
It’s a nice section of Ichthyosaur spine isn’t it!!
Excellent video. Vertebra and waterfalls. So many ammonites. Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much, more fossils to come! 🐙🦎

I really wish you could take some of those belomites, but i understamd why you cant cut into bedrock. It actively destroys the environment.
