I urinate quite regularly Also, it has an odor, but my doctor tells me I'm okay. I take my magnesium tablets at night so that makes me go to the bathroom at night. I'm having back pain and leg pain going down one side of my body. It especially hurts below my knees. I was told I have osteoarthritis but why one side. I know there is more to this bit not getting the answer.
i experiece same issue, it look like you are suffering calcium deficiency. since you take magnesium daily so the balance level between magnesium and calcium become unbalance. try this, take calcium as much as 1.5 your magnesium intake (if you have your magnesium intake daily as 500mg so you need calsium as much as 1.5 x 500mg = 750mg). or maybe it's better for you stop taking magnesium for one week and take 500- 600mg calsium daily for one week, to balance up them.

Try to avoid all kind of sugary food, and flour-y food for some weeks. Eat raw green leafy vegs.
