I cleared one of the major exam m not able disclose position publicly But ethics is limited upto only mains exam but after enter in administration police is state state issue and ita puppet and work for state government. Till police reform judgment which is gave by hon SC 2006. Implementation of police reform is imp jb tk wo nahi hote garib ki jaan /complaint ameer ki audi se sasti rahegi.
Let me tell you a story when i started UPSC journey i use to watch sir video on UA-cam , I use to think Sir is best for economics then I took admission on an Institution ( Offline) in Delhi . And i had my foundation class of Economics, then i realised this person is so overrated and memes material. I know some ppl who do class from YT will not accept what i am trying to say bucz once i was also like that.... but you can ask any offline student about other eco teacher how different you will notice.... and ha one best things about sir is he is meme material, and blindly believer of one person i can not mention that person name here , only offline ppl know that and sir do that for Unacademy.. And rest you can see in his video if you are seriously studying.

public offices are first come first serve basis, take fir from both, No doubt a missing goat may not cause public any harm but a missing pistol is a major threat to human life and public safety since it could be used for crime. At the stage of taking the complaint we don't know if the person giving the complaint regarding the missing pistol has indeed lost the pistol or just trying to file a fake complaint to protect against possible misuse. Not delving in the ifs and buts the priority would be to find the missing pistol to protect the public and general safety and security in society.
