45:50 You gotta give to Garza, respect for pushing to have guests in person and not the typical Zoom call. I can imagine it is not easy. Props to him and his team for consistently providing great content specially on an independent level. Keep rocking guys! 🤘🏻
Met this guy last week, was all by himself at the merch table and I'm so glad I approached him. He was so humble and genuine and really appreciated the compliments to his set. Go support these guys!
Fell in love with this band after seeing them live on the Invent Animate headliner. They were absolutely incredible live! I have so much respect for Jack, he is so humble and talented. 🖤
This has got to be one of the most genuine converstations Iv'e listened to between two musicians just vibing and having an honest conversation. Just fcking real no hype. You can tell they connected. I think that is what's unique to this pod, is that Garza can connect with the artitsts on a different level. Also Love Void of Vision!
I'm so glad the algorithm sent me this podcast. Garza really blends genuine and down to earth dialogue with an engaging format. Cool to get a diverse bunch guests from different metal genres.
What a seriously wise and humble dude. Garza, you really know how to create these incredibly deep and interesting conversations, thanks for doing what you do!
Loved this podcast! I seen Void Of Vision back in October when they played with Invent Animate at Chain. They were sick af 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 first time seeing them live to. I love the energy they brought on stage
You guys killed it at '23 Knotfest Melbourne! Super hyped to see you guys with Parkway later in the year. You seem like an incredible person and its amazing to see you guys kill it! Australian Metal is in a good place
Met Jack in Portland twice, every time Jack is at the merch table, hes taking pictures, he's very approachable which you dont get from a lot of vocalists.
Same here, bought a shirt and asked him a few questions and told him how great they did. Very humble and appreciative dude, will be seeing them in Portland again in late November.
There is just something special about V.O.V. and even though they've already been around for over a decade, I feel like they're just getting started. Their new album is freaking awesome and such a HUGE step up in terms of songwriting, delivery, and dark imagery 😎👍🖤
I can't count how many bands I found out about thru this podcast that I ended up loving. Ten56, within destruction, Jesus piece, Iya Terra, and I already knew about Gideon but them being on here put them back on my radar and their newest album ended up being amazing. There's more im not thinking of right now but he's had so many bands I already loved on and bands I've found out about through this podcast. Most of the newer bands he has on here should definately be more popular.
Personally the album Garza refers to as his bands 'Stinker' was never that bad. Possibly because I was old enough in the 90's to get what the band were trying to achieve. Yes it was different, but isn't that the job of an artist? To push themselves and make the art that self satisfies before other people

They put on a hell of a show with erra. That whole lineup killed it.
