I had to watch it on a different device as my VAIO had no sound, but removing the audio device drivers and restarting worked! Thanks for the good video.
What I love about this is how it has a commentary when the problem is that there's no sound! Words cannot express how much I hate my laptop.
Over 5 years and thanks to you and my crashed mac, the sound works!

I have Sony Vaio E series computer on Windows 8. I have deleted the Intel (R) Display Audio Driver and restarted my computer. However, the sound is still not coming. Please help!!!

This video is entitled "How to troubleshooet no sound on a Sony VAIO notebook", and the sub title states "This video will show you the troubleshooting steps...". It may do, but given that I am watching this video on a Sony VAIO notebook with no sound, I cannot hear what is being said, so unless the video is mistitled, it needs to have on-screen captions for the dialogue, as otherwise it will "tell" me the troubleshooting steps, but not "show" me, as the title suggests. Please put some captions on the video.
I ended up finding an easier way... But this kinda helped! :)

TATIANA PLEASE , what happens with my notebook , is that the sound randomly goes down when i play games listen music etc , and when i check it its at 50% but it sounds like its at 10 ... idk whats happening , somethimes i get creepy noises coming out of my woofers the higher i put the sound the higher the pitch its awfull , like my notebook is gonna blow up , please help

Just got my sony vaio 15 A laptop three days ago and already experiencing a problem with my front view camera. It opens up fine but when I move/ adjust my screen Or the laptop gets tapped lightly I get a grey screen saying something about I have to connect a camera. What can I do please help. Didn't worked for me :(
Didn't work. My boyfriend pushed a button and it stopped working. We were going to watch a movie and it worked and we had it on pause while i made bread and then it didn't work when we pressed play. The volume says it working and on but cant hear. Used different movie even same thing. We dont have no internet or anything just use to watch movies.
