Fwiw, I don’t know if you changed anything or not, but I don’t have any problems understanding you. It’s a little tinny is all. Really nice job with your rebuild.
Surprised you didn't pick up more speed. Maybe you've tried already, but I would try a bit more pitch in the prop. My Avid/Jabiru with the factory bungee gear would do 87 mph at 2850 with the two blade warp drive prop. Corrected ASI also, so I know it was right. I did loose 5 mph with the cabane style gear though. A bit less static rpm doesn't seem to hurt climb that much, but helps in cruise mode. Jim
The inflight audio is unintelligible. My Avid/Jab with stol wing would do 95 @ 2850. It had VG’s under the leading edge, and under the horizontal, TN prop and Grove gear.
What engine are you using? I used to own a Kitfox IV with an 80 hp Rotax and it would cruise at 100 miles an hour on about 4 gallons per hour. I really do miss that airplane. I’m flying RANS S 19 Ventura now behind a JABIRU, 3300 and cruise at 110 mph on 6 GPH.
Jabiru engine and in that video I didn't want to change prop yet because I wanted a true comparison between the two wings. I have been playing with the prop pitch now it is still lots of fun.
@@builditright4666 I don’t make videos other than IG anymore… are you using the correct NFlightCam audio cable? They have one for GoPro and one for phone use, they’re ever so slightly different but will plug into the opposite. If you’ve got a phone one in a GoPro that could be the reason.
@@builditright4666 listening on my phone no ear buds, had same issue the last time you where in plane, no issues when your not on your headset. You were garbled, anyone else have any problem???
Thanks for the numbers and you did a wonderful job explaining your previous numbers and wing stability compared to the new wing.

Nice video, I love doing these comparisons as well. Would have loved to see the difference in takeoff distance!
really isn't any difference really close to the same
GREAT JOB, GREAT VIDEO...SEE YOU NEXT TIME...
Thanks for all you do with your videos, they are very Helpful. Also are your Kitfox wings with the wings tanks , available? Thanks Cheers from Kcmx
There in pieces now
How can I talk to you about wings.
Cool belt

85 hp jabiru
UA-cam videos now TJ haha . Damn to bad I have the sonerai and not my mk4 speedwing anymore.
I try to ha
912 80 hp and which prop? Reset your prop pitch if you are over rpm on wide open throttle. What is the empty and gross weight of the plane?

And what airfoil is it now?
Ga30u-612 and Im not sure what the U means
@@builditright4666 thanks, that means it’s from Harry Riblett with 30% laminar flow, 6% camber, 12% thickness.
Stall speed? Rate of climb?
Rate of climb is better with this wing averages at 1000 to 1200ftm Stall is all the same between 30 and 35mph
Something happened to the audio with your mic
I’m concurring with Mark Webb; when listening to the video, your microphone transmissions are almost unreadable.
Not sure what to say boys I checked it on my computer phone and ipad and they all seem clear. If anybody else has issues let me know.
@@builditright4666 audio is unreadable. With ear buds or speakers.
@@KPalmAir Wish I knew what to do different guys I get 5 out of 20 people that say that. Is there a voice recorder you guys suggest?
