  • Suicide Prevention - Men's Mental Health Awareness. This video comes after a close friend committed suicide. He was a strong, successful man who's father had committed suicide when he was a child and was going through a very difficult time prior to his successful suicide attempt. This is a suicide prevention video in his honor, hoping to act as a youtube suicide support group for positively influencing men's health.
Men's mental health awareness is hugely important and we have to remember that even the strongest men have difficult moments in their life but there is always help available.

It takes real strength to open up and talk about your feelings. I believe that this is the true meaning of manning up; being strong enough to ask for help; man enough to talk. That is why today, these guys are the strongest men in the world. Let's create a community of strong, brave men who can openly talk about their sadness, vulnerabilities and fears. I welcome you to tell us how you are feeling in the comments section below. I want to thank everyone involved in helping me to make these videos.
These videos were inspired by my late friend Stephen. An energetic, caring man, who would go out of his way to help others. RIP Steve, you are greatly missed. x

Truly courageous men in this video. Thank you all for sharing your stories. Men feeling ok to open up and share needs to become the new normal. Repressed emotions leads to so much unnecessary suffering.

Hello Anna. I know you just from the youtube, Speak English like Native. Wachting this video you totally nailed me. I'm speechless. I lost my wife many years ago due to cancer illness and as a refugee from Eastern Europe, without any English, we went throu with many difficulties. Also my family was shattered during Holocaust. So, want I can say to you, be strong and G'd bless you! Wishing you best of luck in the future and in your advanture as 'youtuber'.

About six years ago, I lost the only person I have ever loved more than anyone else in the world. She was my fiancée who dumped me then because some stupid and silly reasons. We only were engaged for five months. Maybe I was guilty of being naive. Perhaps it's the only reason that drove us to this point. I am still experiencing some difficulties in finding someone else who would make me feel like I'm happy again, but still I didn't lose faith.

Ra'ed Legit same reason, but I only was with her a year. It's a month and she's already flashing her new boyfriend off on instagram. I blocked her from everything. I'm struggling I've told my family I'm fine but in reality I'm not, I've been doctors and they recommend counselling but I don't like the idea of talking to someone

Just like me. I couldn't talk about her too, but eventually everything has to go on. That's what I'm trying to convince myself with. However, I am still not married and I can't trust any woman yet.
