It's one of the problems I have with this kind of thing. Sure, sometimes it can be humorous, and sometimes the guy actually deserves it - but eventually it comes to a point where the girls come out as complete bitches that don't give a damn about the guy. Case in point, Louise's treatment of Saito or what Akihisa and Yuuji suffer through.

Tsunderes like Rin Tohsaka were so endearing because they had a good balance of not-too-extreme "tsun" (usually just "mean" with words, but barely any physical attacks) and very cute "dere" moments whereas ones like Louise and other similar ones have way too many over-the-top "tsun" moments and barely any "dere" moments (and then usually going right back to over-the-top "tsun" thus more than negating that "dere" moment).
