3-4 crores easily, price may go high. Believe me I work on such projects and it's absolutely not worthy. Because they are selling you the land as well as building and since it is a closed Villa Park that won't list as asset

Why don't u create a feeling of assurance by disclosing all relevant details including its cost?Suppressing customer related information is not a healthy business practice.
They price it differently at different stages of construction/ delivery.

Hiding cost/price indicates shady business.
A common flaw... front door is access controlled while the other doors that open out to backyard or utility space got a normal lock. Also what if the electronic lock fails - are we stuck inside, outside or the house is open to all ! (I didn't mean to put security system in all doors, just letting you know how we blindly think only to secure the main doors ) - that's how even my home is 😄
That's why they have given glass.full length windows in ground floor. U just break them and come in...

But let's say u have an house and land in or around central district/City area, now in future if you want to sell this property you will get more value than expected. But that is not the case with villas, if you want to sell these villas you won't get the expected value as compared to the previous property coz these villas are developed in farther agriculture lands and will fetch you less value as all these villas are societed and enclosed. It's just not good investment
@@ramkumarsubramanian5502 more even these villas of not of the same quality what you expect if course, they will be construed for 2000 - 2500 rs per sqft on built up area and will be sold for 7-9000 rs per sqft and with average quality of course and you don't know whether your building is safe or not in terms of material quality and stability
